I received the worst customer service from Andria and her colleague. They do not go out of there way to help you at all. I asked to use a charger and was told they had none when she using one her self. They made me feel unwelcome and like i shouldn't of been there when I paid good money to stay one night. I highly do not recommend. Litter in the hallways etc.

Simple hotel, close to the metro which lets you reach the city center quickly. It’s not the best-maintained or cleanest place, but for a short trip without too many expectations, it’s fine

The staff are fantastic, absolutely lovely and really helpful with any and all enquiries. Asked on arrival if I had a preference for where my room was as I stayed multiple nights. I had a lot of things to unload from the car to my exhibition on the first day so they put me on the floor that links to the car park and elevator which was really kind. Room is very basic and utilitarian but clean and no issues at all - does the job perfectly well. It Was quite loud at night with guests coming down the halls but this is to be expected I suppose, and I had been offered a room in a quieter floor but decided to be closer to the car; that said I think maybe signs in the corridors would help remind people to quieten down in the corridors.
