I loved the coziness and simplicity of the room. The fact that I could also easily go across the street for money was a plus. Food was delicious too.

I was given room 419 on arrival. It wasn't a problem. There was a dead cockroach on the corridor which had old carpets. Getting into the room age was written all over the bathroom suite and there was a leakage as it rained on the day. Well, I knew not to bother rebooking.

I had an overnight stay. Your staff were courteous but it appears they were not enough to cover their duties promptly. Your arrangements for airport drop off can be improved upon as the vehicle could not take everyone at the same time and there was no prior notification to that effect.

The front desk staff (2 ladies at the desk on 21/07/21 AM) were professional and courteous. Credit to the company as well as the lady that attended to us at the restaurant on 20/07/21 around 11:15pm My first time at the hotel following a long transatlantic journey and it was a wonderful experience.

The room space is small and choky. No airfreshner or fragrance to give the room a good smell. The fridge takes a very long time to work. The bathroom is also small. The television is small likewise. No telephone directory in the room. You have to come down to the reception to get wha you want. Initially the WiFi wasn't working but this was later fixed. Underground Car park stinks like soakaway. Lastly, one of the lifts wasn't working. Everyone going up had to use just one lift. The only thing I really enjoyed was the meal. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

Some of the staffs were not friendly at all, and I ordered for food around a few minutes past 10pm and up until 12am the food had not come to my room. When I went downstairs to check why the food wasn’t ready turns out whoever answered the call didn’t place my order

Felt welcome, food is good though the buffet did not change variety by the day it stayed the same for a week, there needs to be change in that department.

Its a perfect place to stay in Lagos. Very close to both local and international airport and this is good and convenient for traveling out of Lagos early in the morning or coming into Lagos with very late flight.
