I could not sleep during the course of the night as the cooling system in the room went bad. It was working during the day time when I checked in, but stopped working around 11pm and by extension made me have a terrible night!

Room was moderately tidy. Cooling system functioned well. Lighting was also good. Wi-Fi reception was really slow. Key cards were problematic. Towels are old and fabric have obviously thinned out. Shower head leaked too much during usage that most of the water was scattering instead of the directional flow.

Staff response to intercom calls should be looked into, very very poor. I called several times to both restaurant, front desk several times without response at all. Very poor.

The hotel was clean and well located. The down side is no portal to help with bags, the cost of room service from the restuarant is over priced. Imagine ordering a bottle of water for 900Naira and bringing it to your room cost a 1000Naira?

Your front desk officers when I came in were nonchalant. Very aloof concerning my luggage and how it gets to my room. They stood talking telling me to get a trolley from outside to pack my things. This put me off the hotel

Issues with initial pick up from airport. Staff need clearer instructions about communicating pick up times to first time users of the hotel shuttle service. Rooms could be updated a bit. Breakfast (which was paid for) was hit and miss as to whether things advertised - like juice for example, would be available (in my case this was at 0830am so mid breakfast period)

The lift wasn't functioning and a staff had to always follow me to my room to unlock my room. Internet was very poor as i couldn't work online. Got sand 3 times from the rice i ate there and when i tried to complain to a staff, he bluffed me because he felt i was too small to complain.

Stayed at the Ibis twice during my stay in Nigeria. The hotel is clean, the staff are people friendly. The only problem I have is in the restaurant. You have to pay for water. How can I order food or choose from the buffet line and still pay for water. It's absolutely wrong. The hotel management should look into this.

Upon arrival left waiting at airport for an extended period of time. Communication back and forth with management to resolve. Hospitality staff with the exception of 3 individuals need retraining. Air conditioning in room faulty and as a result had guest up between 2 am to 5 am interrupting restful night sleep. Elevator inoperable in excess of 24 hours. Required staff to escort guest in operating elevator and opening room door. Twice we opted to eat outside hotel dining room because of inefficient staff. We should have been compensated for 50% of the stay as we received less than same in services. A complete retraining of staff is in order.

Poor staff customer service No hand towels in bathrooms Rooms are old and need renovation Gym needs a proper AC Front desk has no open communication. Took over 30 mins to check out while waiting to get a credit on my account. Will not return here.
