We are truly sorry to learn of your disappointment especially as a returning guest who has previously had positive experiences with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the decline in standards you observed and for the frustration this caused. We regret that your room location request was not honoured despite being told that it was available. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of an iron and the lack of proactive effort to provide a suitable alternative. Your comments regarding the positioning of the power outlets are also noted as we understand how this affects convenience and comfort. Your feedback regarding the customer service has been taken very seriously and has been escalated to senior management for immediate review and corrective action.
