I made a reservation for a night stay as i was arriving from London and would like to stay at a location close to the airport, it was my surprise to arrive and be told there was no rooms available. I had to insist i have made a reservation and i have placed my card against it to secure it. I felt there was something wrong with the process or your staff was trying to play a fast one. i was eventually provided a room but i wondered why the process could not be seamless as the international brand it is.

Insufficient bathroom towels and tv faulty
