We sincerely regret that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectation. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry to hear that the selection did not reflect what you expected from a continental offering. Our intention is always to provide a balanced variety that caters to both international and local preferences. Your comment has been shared with our Food & Beverage team for immediate review of the menu mix to ensure a more clearly defined continental selection going forward. We also apologize for the condition of your bathroom and the missing amenities. This is not acceptable and does not reflect our housekeeping standards. We have addressed this with our Housekeeping team to ensure all essential bath and body care items are fully stocked prior to guest arrival and that the room condition is properly checked. With regard to the odour in public areas, we regret the discomfort this caused. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been alerted to intensify deep-cleaning schedules and investigate the source of the unpleasant odour you noted We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us identify where we need to improve.
