This was my second stay at the Pullman in New Delhi Aerocity. And again, I was delighted to spend my days (and nights) there. The personnel always meet you as their precious friend. People at the reception, in the spa, the room cleaners – they all are very friendly and welcoming. My warmest thanks to the staff of the Farmer’s Basket at Pluck restaurant: to the waiters and the cooks who see to our every whim, and of course to the hostess team who always do everything they can to make sure that you are positioned best close to their marvelous buffet and open kitchen section, and that you leave the restaurant satisfied. Also, the swimming pool is warm during cooler season, and it is very pleasant, and the lobby, although vast and spacious gives comfortable seating and overall sense of cozyness. The hotel is quite comfortable, but the main thing is the atmosphere created by people who work there. Thank you, people of Pullman, I will miss you!

Overall stay is good. Bfast buffet is good, although throughout the stay, the menu remains the exactly the same. At some point, you're just fed up. Gym is fine and I enjoyed working out. Staff were all nice and accomodating, only several experience in the buffet, while queing, I felt that the staff is prioritizing specific people. Cannot confirm, but it was just a feeling. At one specific day, there was a party in the garden, the sound system are really loud (started from the afternoon until 10pm).

At checkin - which lasted over 30 mins! I was informed that because my arrival was at 2:00 am my room was cancelled. I already had made a comment at my reservation that I would arrive to Delhi airport after midnight and expected to be inhotel around 2:00 am.

I loved the room & view. The one I got was overlooking the pool. With an amazing weather & great view my stay was so worth it. The gym is too well equipped. The sit outs neat the swimming Pool is classy. Restaurants are great
