We were a large group of 13 family members enjoying NYE and spent 5 nights at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. What a wonderful experience. Upon arriving at the reception a bit early on the 30 December we were greeted by Tisha at the reception. She was professional and very efficient. We were allocated the rooms correctly and whithin the acceptable time we had our rooms. The hotel , rooms and servcies were exceptional as team members like Tisha, Banks and Bell Services team, Peter, Leo Tana from the Restaurant team were the reason we will go back. The NYE Party at the Beach Club Miami Glam 2025 was well organised from start to finish. It was safe for young children and our family had such a good time. Well worth the spend. The Dinner was amazing. We had spa treatments and the therapist were very good. ( apologies forgetting her name) Again from the reception of the Spa to the treatment and complete the service the teams are well trained. Thank you Pullman's Pattaya G .... Keep going and keep up the good Team work and Excellent Service.

Stayed there for 2 nights in my first Pattaya visit. Room was with balcony and has a magnificent view of the sea. Room amenities and design is perfect. Kids play area comes handy when with small kids and room service was good. Beach access is superb and is equipped with nice gym. Restaurant did not meet our expectations, only one vegetarian Indian item in breakfast buffet and that too will finish very quickly, and then was never refilled ! Chaotic buffet with staff itself puzzled and frustrated, without any warmth, smiles or general hospitality mannerism. Only item that tasted good was pizza that you can do ala-carte. Found the food experience disappointing. Another problem area is just two small lifts which get very busy and makes one wait for long.

We stayed at this property to welcome the New Year, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to the behavior of certain staff members. The male staff at the breakfast counter and towel distribution area were noticeably rude and unwelcoming towards us. What felt particularly uncomfortable was that the same staff appeared polite and friendly with other international guests standing in front of us, while we were treated curtly and dismissively. As Indian travelers, this differential treatment felt odd and unpleasant. We have previously stayed at reputed hotels such as Westin and Sheraton, where we have always felt respected and warmly welcomed, regardless of nationality. This experience stood in sharp contrast and left a negative impression, especially as it marked the beginning of our New Year trip. Due to this experience, we would not choose to return, as hospitality and respectful treatment are extremely important to us.
