Good service, food and scenic location.However, one issue I had was that the wall of the room above the bed's headboard was covered with dust and molasses, which led to a mildly suffocating experience. Had highlighted the same at check-out as well to the reception staff.

Good location and rooms, but poor service. The staff training needs more training. Multiple lapses in service and is not justify the price the property

I had a very good experience with this property in Visakhapatnam. The property is excellent, well-maintained, clean, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and overall, the experience was really good. The location is also very convenient, and the property has a nice ambience. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. One of the staff members was especially MR. Sai (DM) good and supportive, and he made sure everything was comfortable and convenient for us. Overall, I’m very happy with the property and the service. It is definitely a very good place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to others. Really enjoyed the experience and would love to visit again.

Hello everyone, From the security staff to the people who greeted us at the door, the reception team, and the lady at the elevator—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and smiling. The boys who serviced our rooms and everyone who helped us during breakfast were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We even made a new friend at breakfast. Her name is Shru. 😊 I can share her picture if you would like. Of course, there are always things we could complain about, but I don’t want to focus on those things. Overall, we have stayed at better hotels than Novotel, but what made this stay special—and, for me, the best stay—was the wonderful people working at the hotel. Their kindness, smiles, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. That is something I truly appreciate.

Our stay was very pleasant. We were a group of two families with 3 kids (aged 4, 3, and less than a year). Starting from the welcome (kids getting complimentary soft toys), smooth check-in & room upgrade for being a Gold Accor member (Mr. Akash) everything was nice. Big shout out to Ms. Mercylin who helped us with literally everything (property details, timings, tips for site visits, helping us with getting our free welcome drinks (which we forgot to take) and much more. The ocean/beach view from the rooms were the best part. The infinity swimming pool with separate kids section and properly watched by a life guard was another great value add. The stay was booked through an aggregator. Notwithstanding, a mail from me regarding my arrival and the occasion for staycation, ensured one of the easiest check-in. We were celebrating my wives birthday and the team novotel made it special by arranging a cake and light decorations. the evening high tea next to the pool was a good to catch up with other guests and also the lovely beach front with tea and snacks we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to more stays like this
