The overall experience was good. Most of the staff members were attentive and quick to act. The room was clean. Breakfast spread was, as always, great. One place where we faced the issue was the "Zaffran" restaurant. This was the place where the high standards of Novotel were not met. Otherwise, I would have given the score as 10: 1. The service was very slow. 2. The staff looked very disinterested. 3. While we were having our food, we asked for the "menu booklet" so that we could order our dessert. But, no one bothered to give us the menu booklet. So, we simply asked for the bill. But, that also took lot of time. This left a bad experience.

Old furniture, room was very normal and was not maintained, and for 14k there are many hotels which provide premium features and comforts. Biggest challenge was with the drone which we were carrying.

We stayed here with our kids and had a great experience. The room was spacious, the staff was kind to our children, and the environment felt safe. The kids loved the pool, while we enjoyed the quiet comfort of the rooms.

Hospitality is hands-down excellent. The quality of the food was also top-tier. The spa services were also excellent. The ocean view king room, not so much. Dated, overused and needs significant deep cleaning and updating. Specifically the shower and bathroom area was old and just re-caulked and there was errant caulk all over the sink and not sure if it’s mold mildew or what on most the corners and crevices. Great staff, great amenities, however, rooms are dated and do not live up to the immaculate cleanliness expectation I’ve experienced at several other hotels and resorts throughout India.

We had chosen Novotel Visakhapatnam with the expectation of enjoying a comfortable and relaxing family stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards we associate with the Novotel brand. At around 1:30 AM, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. We had to call the technician, and the troubleshooting process continued until approximately 3:00 AM. With the technician repeatedly entering and leaving the room while our family was trying to sleep, the entire experience became extremely inconvenient and stressful. We had come to spend quality time with our family and relax, but instead, we were left dealing with a technical issue in the middle of the night, losing precious sleep and comfort. This completely disrupted our mood and adversely affected our stay. We never expected such an experience at a hotel like Novotel, where guests pay for comfort, quality service, and peace of mind. While technical issues can occasionally occur, the way such situations are handled makes all the difference. This was certainly not the experience we expected from Novotel Visakhapatnam. I request the management to take this complaint seriously, look into the incident, and provide an appropriate response and resolution. I hope the management acknowledges the inconvenience caused and takes the necessary steps to ensure that other guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

For Vizag my first choice is Novotel Varun beach for it's excellent location. Service is also good. Especially This time I had a great experience. Due to some reason I reached early morning which does not allow check in . Date was 11th October. The lady at the reception was extremely courteous and helpful and she arranged for my check in as I was very tired. Full appreciation for her. Thanks.

My stay at Novotel Vizag was wonderful. The location is perfect, and on request, I was allotted a sea-view room which was excellent. The room size, service, and amenities were all top-notch. The pool and gym facilities are truly exceptional. The food spread was good, though the same menu was repeated daily. A little more effort on improving the taste would make the dining experience even better. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.
