We had a fantastic time and truly appreciate the management team stepping in to ensure our stay was memorable. I want to extend a special thank you to Doli Kalita. She was absolutely amazing and made sure my in-laws' rooms were right next to ours, which made our family celebration so much easier and more enjoyable. She even took the time to check in on us during her off day, which truly showcases her incredible dedication to hospitality. Additionally, my wife had a slight issue with a cake she ordered, and the team went above and beyond to help her get it sorted out seamlessly.

We recently stayed at Novotel Vizag for three days and received exceptional service from Ms. Kavya. She personally ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Since my wife is pregnant, Ms. Kavya was incredibly thoughtful and arranged for milk to be sent to our room daily. What impressed us most was that despite the hotel being so busy, the reception team always followed up with a call to confirm if the milk had reached us. Ms. Kavya was highly responsive, helpful, humble, and honest. Truly excellent hospitality!"

Extremely courteous and highly professional staff. The stay, the laid out buffet spread and lively conduct of evening high tea were the highlights. Special mention to the front desk staff on the early mng of 31 May for swift checkout and Ms Dolly at High tea conduct on 30 May. The crowd management at high tea area near pool alongwith engaging activities are much appreciated and made out stay memorable. Spl thanks to Ms Dolly for presented Gifts (penguins 🐧).
