Good Stay. But Cost wise cheated. Staff was not supportive and irresponsible. No minimum amenities

Stay was for 2 days and extended for 1 more day. So they have doubled the cost for the extra day. Land line is not working. Baby chair was not provided for my 8 months son. Very very unhappy and left bad.

Bathroom Toilet-water jet pressure was very low No welcome drink or fruit platter We were on business travel but you have allocated and charged for room which has kitchen facility etc ..which is of no use to us. Please note for business we need compact room at reasonable price Your breakfast service was very poor , there was some marriage group staying at hotel so all your focused shifted to that group. Your room and service was not worth paying 13000/- for one night

i dont know what to write as you people despite giving aaddar card does not know my name. you have written dajarang in stead of bajarang. this is my 2nd stay after 2018.but staffs are undertrained.travel partner is bad as they dont know what they are talking.food is good and stay in room is good but service is bad this time after 2018.

Dear Novotel, Thanks for checking in with us. As a matter of fact, we have had one of the worst experiences with Novotel, Starting with Checkin and Check out every day your experience will get more horrible with each and every respect of my stay. Firstly when I checked in the room which was allocated to me was not the ideal beach facing I was expecting this is where my worst nightmare has started it took them more than 2-3 hours to change the room. during this time I have called them roughly 10 times for someone to take care of our request. Due to the long flight, I hardly had any rest and expected to feel better after the check-in but they made my life hell. After patiently waiting for 3 hours and by myself visiting the lobby, someone, from the customer team walk me through another room with a promise to have a better view of the beach. But ironically it doesn't even make any sense and don't see any difference. If I ask them to change again I was scared that my half-day stay will be gone waiting for them. So we started to settle again in the room and try to minimize our communication with the service team if so you will end up dying waiting for their response. The Novotel hotel is seriously a bloodsucker everything they charge doesn't even worth a penny the only advantage is having the hotel on the beach road. If not I bet people don't give a dam about the hotel. Though they will have good beach view rooms. they will keep reserved and don't disclose it to customers for reasons better known to them. Overall it was a hell experience and I'm utterly disappointed. I'll make sure to pass on my exp and try to alert as much as people i can to make sure they will never visit the hotel again.

There is no luggage assistance,Poor service,Food taste was not good.Even though we have given a credit card authorisation front desk executive charged from the guest.When We called a front desk he said I am busy with the guest and asked me to call after 5mins,I called him after 5mins continuously for 7times for a 20mins.It is minimum courtesy to give a call back.

1. Services not upto the mark. - Luggage were not sent to the room after check in. Had to physically go downstairs to request front desk as intercom was not working. Later on realised that cable was pulled out. - Blanket wasn't clean as it had stain marks. Had to wait for an hour before it was replaced. - No wifi available in the room as authentication failed. - QR code was not operating to order room service. Had to come downstairs to place order. - Table was getting occupied in restaurant and manager was unable to handle the rush. - Pool is used unhygienically and no one to monitor. - Lastly the location was horrible as it was located in city center and beach was no where accessible.

On the checking day after deducting the amount the representative said the charges are only for room, whereas it is clearly mentioned in the mail that it's also includes breakfast.also they deducted 5k+ of the total amount which creates lots of confusion during checkout.At the time of checkout no one came to help with the luggage. During the stay front desk never answered the call and access got removed from one of the room.Hygiene is not properly maintained. Most of the time staff's mask are not covering nose properly.

Loved the place, location, amenities, breakfast buffet spread, high teas, staff and attention received. Just one wish that the property had been a beach front / provided private access to the beach for in house guests so that we could avoid the large crowds at RK beach.

I am a regular guest to this hotel because overall this seems to me as the best. I have even booked about ten rooms for our family get together at Bhimili Novotel. All this because you hotel seems to be the best in Vizag.

Room is very comfortable and stayed for two nights. Room service is fast and quality of food is good. The lounge is good with good service.The complaint on quality of snacks in lounge was taken in right spirit by chefs and they have corrected. Good experience for staying with family.

I checked in early and had a great room with the sea view. Over all experience was great! Wish they had not asked my room number at the entrance where all general public was listening. I dont think that is ethical to ask your room number at the main entrance where they are checking in your bag. the breakfast was always great. and the staff was too. The room they say they cleaned but to my knowledge the bathroom was not even cleaned. I believe they just took the towels away. I wish they could let me change the room temperature as it was set to 21 degrees and I could not adjust it lower, I come from a cold place hope they adjust this.
