We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Novotel and our experience exceeded expectations. The hotel was well-maintained, comfortable, and offered excellent facilities. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ms. Sukanya, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made our experience truly memorable. She ensured that all our needs were taken care of and made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable hospitality experience. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach from 22–24 May 2026 with our son to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Before our arrival, I had requested some special arrangements to make our stay memorable. I am happy to say that the staff accommodated our request wonderfully. The thoughtful welcome arrangement in our room, including a happy anniversary cake, chocolate, fruits and sweets, made our celebration extra special and enhanced our overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and the check-out process was equally seamless. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, there was one issue that left a slightly bitter impression at the end of an otherwise excellent stay. During check-out, we were charged for a Toblerone chocolate, which the hotel claimed was a minibar item. We did not consume any minibar items during our stay. The chocolate had been placed on the table along with the cake, fruits, sweets and other complimentary arrangements. When I raised the concern, I was informed that it was a housekeeping mistake to place the item there. Despite acknowledging the mistake, I was still charged for the chocolate. I believe guests should not be made to bear the cost of errors made by the hotel staff. While this incident does not overshadow the wonderful hospitality and efforts made to celebrate our anniversary, I hope the hotel reviews its processes to ensure such misunderstandings do not occur in the future and that guests are not charged unnecessarily. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff in making our anniversary special.

We had a fantastic time and truly appreciate the management team stepping in to ensure our stay was memorable. I want to extend a special thank you to Doli Kalita. She was absolutely amazing and made sure my in-laws' rooms were right next to ours, which made our family celebration so much easier and more enjoyable. She even took the time to check in on us during her off day, which truly showcases her incredible dedication to hospitality. Additionally, my wife had a slight issue with a cake she ordered, and the team went above and beyond to help her get it sorted out seamlessly.

We recently stayed at Novotel Vizag for three days and received exceptional service from Ms. Kavya. She personally ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Since my wife is pregnant, Ms. Kavya was incredibly thoughtful and arranged for milk to be sent to our room daily. What impressed us most was that despite the hotel being so busy, the reception team always followed up with a call to confirm if the milk had reached us. Ms. Kavya was highly responsive, helpful, humble, and honest. Truly excellent hospitality!"
