I wish I could write more about this place but I’ll summarise with a few points - don’t hesitate - you have to upgrade to pool Villa - it was outstanding in every facet - Views , privacy , luxury , space , comfort , location next to beach and amenities - a charming layout that didn’t feel like a resort hotel - elements was closed which a shame but we knew before we arrived and as a result dining options were limited , only ADA and vero Italian - the beachside restaurants are plentiful , and good value , we loved Wiwan and Shameena - beautiful food - excellent gym - we did yoga twice - the yoga teacher was good - bar was gorgeous with nice atmosphere - staff are superb with service and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble - - breakfast was busy but fine - they made us feel Special - good selection of anything you need to eat and drink - can’t think of many negatives , only that rainy season had started and it rained heavily the middle 2 days of our 4 days but it didn’t matter and we knew before we booked that rainy season was this time - to be in the pool villa even when it’s raining is a delightful experience - another negative could be a positive - everything in terms of big shops and attractions are 20 minute to 1 hour drive so we avoided going anywhere - didn’t need to ! Once we went to bangtao and boat avenue - found a really nice spa called Amla - if you are a couple looking for peace and quiet you can’t go past this hotel , it even has a pool that doesn’t allow kids , but be warned the restaurants can be noisy with little kids so we avoided the peak times at breakfast and only dined at ADA once for dinner which was enough to make us go elsewhere the other nights Will we come back ? Hell yeah !

Very nice property, adjacent beach is good. Rooms are modern. Italian restaurant on site fantastic. Landscaping pleasant. 2 pools. Staff is super. Room blocks are far from each other, connected by golf carts. Carts arrive promptly when called.

We stayed at the Pullman for two nights at the end of our holiday. We’d stayed in 5 other hotels and this one was by far the best. The location was stunning! All of the staff were happy and friendly. The food was fabulous at breakfast. Shops and restaurants within walking distance along the beach. The rooms were fresh, clean and modern. We didn’t have a great view (car park) but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. There are quite a lot of hills around the property but there are cool little cars to drive you around. The only negative - and it’s being picky is the pool needed a bit of attention. There was a lot of loose tiles and the steps in the pool were tricky to see. We’d definitely go back!
