I visit Linyi every year for Business and always stay at The Pullman Hotel. It is very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese options. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable especially Jane in Management. She is a huge asset for the hotel. The Pullman made my 5 days in Linyi very pleasant and productive.

Your Airconditoning was totally unsatisfactory could't sleep at both the nights . They provided fan .

Please look in to this and make sure this is not repeated again. Staff has poor knowledge of english . Odour from food in restaurant is not good specially in evening . Please add few vegetarian option .

Guest satisfaction is very important to us and we try hard to make sure all of our guests have a rewarding stay. Concerning the air conditioning problem you faced,We have prepared a relatively cool room for you in advance, but I am very sorry that the air conditioning temperature in the room does not give you a comfortable rest, we will definitely check and make sure that this will not happen again. Moreover we are also sorry to learn you were disappointed with your Dining experience despite we try our best to include everyday some options for vegan and vegetarian customers.And we always insist on training English for our employees to provide guest with more help. The Pullman Hotel is a very good hotel for Business while in Linyi. The hotel is very comfortable and the service is great. Juliette in Management goes above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Even though the rooms are showing some wear they are comfortable and quiet and the Breakfast Buffet is always good.

The Pullman Linyi Lushang is an excellent choice for Business Travel in Linyi City. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very attentive and the Buffet Breakfast is excellent. I have been staying there for several years and no complaints.

This was our first trip to Linyi on business. As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. The manager Sergio came over and introduced himself, helped us with check-in. We even got his card just in case we had any issues in Linyi - we could call him at any time. He then suggested a good place for dinner outside the hotel and possible bars to go to afterwards. Next day we were getting driven to Qingdao and wanted a couple of cold beers for the trip. Again Sergio came to rescue, complete with ice bag and bottle opener. I have travelled all around the world on business for many years but would have to say the Pullman Linyi under Sergio's wing has been the best experience I have had. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights.. It was wonderful view from the room.. Rooms are vey nice and clean. The staff is good and the special thanks to the General manager Mr Sergio Bretti. This gentleman is very polite and always helpful..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The General Manager seemed to be present in the lobby and food areas every day, meeting and greeting. This greatly impressed me as he was genuinely interested in getting feedback, and asking if there was anything i required, or any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel to any Linyi visitors.

Hotel was comfortable although looking a little tired in places, the service excellent and very friendly, only comment for European travellers was that air conditioning was not on which made the rooms warm.

With the exception of the no airconditioning inside the room. It is quite hot inside the room, makes me difficult to sleep, have to open the windows which does not really help. They just have to open the centralized aircon because not all customers are the same. For me I like to have a cold temperature during my sleep.

All was good. Except maybe Accor should be consistent with the benefits for members. I was allowed to have one free beer at Jinan Sofitel, but at Pullman Linyi, I was only allowed soft drinks. I feel this should be more consistent.

This was an excellent hotel. We ate at the buffet on night and they had a lot of new and very good things to try. This is a real value. The overall hotel is first class. The exercise area with pool is the best I have experienced in China.
