The staff at the hotel is very attentive and helpful. Ms. Yan Yuan Yuan is always very helpful and a smiling welcoming face when I arrive at the hotel. The Manager in the Buffet restaurant is very good and directs his staff to provide excellent service.

My hotel room is always pleasing , comfortable and attended by good house keeping staff The hotel gym and pool are a treat Well done

The hotel staff, such as Yumin, make each stay at the Pullman like being at home. The staff is v helpful and kind. They create a feeling of family. This is very important to me as a frequent traveler. I always stay in the Pullman when visiting Linyi for work.
