Every person I encountered was very kind and made my first stay in Linyi very special. I missed the end of dinner service one night and the staff made a special exception to allow me to have a noodle soup! The room was a bit too hot on night 1 but it was freezing outside so no surprises - I just took the duvet off. The bed was super comfy and they replaced my coffee and tea every day. Unfortunately the pool & spa were closed down which is why I’ve given 9/10.

Very bad, i will never go back to the hotel, very old and not clean, too much smoke smell in rooms and all spaces.

The staff at the hotel is very attentive and helpful. Ms. Yan Yuan Yuan is always very helpful and a smiling welcoming face when I arrive at the hotel. The Manager in the Buffet restaurant is very good and directs his staff to provide excellent service.
