I recently stayed at your establishment, and while I appreciated the prompt room change due to the blocked drainage issue, I found the overall experience somewhat lacking. Upon arrival, the initial room had a significant problem with the drainage system, leading to a rather unpleasant situation. Although the staff did arrange for a room change, their manner lacked the warmth and professionalism one would expect in such circumstances. While the new room was an improvement, the initial disruption and the less-than-ideal response from your staff left me disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay, great location and ease of access to everything was really nice. It was a little disappointing to not have hot food on the premises in the evening but walking next door to Novotel made up for this. The rooms are comfy and continue the beautiful design themes.
