Kids are excited having watched your advertisement about the Little Pirates' Adventure. Got very disappointed when checking in that there were no such activity whatsoever. Your little program is nothing but three high-sugar drinks and cheap snacks. No kids activity AT ALL. I did not even get any info of how to get the Mothercare voucher. Although we appreciate the pencil case and coloring pencil set. Carpets are full of stains, furnitures are old and full of patches, and all your rooms are too dim. Even the lobby.

Good stay but toilet smell not really that "enjoying"

right after check-in and get the room key, i came into the room, open the toilet door and smell is quite terrible. I personally think perhaps the toilet door leave it open, put the air refreshing in the toilet might be useful.
