Super service! Right next to train station. We got connected rooms also They called us the day before to ask if we wanted it. Thats good service.

The hotel is centrally located next to the train station and also just right opposite the train stop for Rhonexpress airport express. There is a big shopping mall at the other side of the train station and you could get all you need there The room is ok. bed is comfortable, breakfast is just basis but what i need to praise is thumb up to the flexibility of the hotel staff when i requested for late check out from 12pm to 2pm without any surcharge. If i visit Lyon again, i’ll definitely come back here

Is this the "upmarket" version of Ibis, with the Ibis Budget hotel right next door? If I'm correct, I would have expected proper glasses in the bathroom, coffee and (even if not stocked with alcohol), a bar fridge. There is good service, but not quite professional. E.g. I went down to reception to get a corkscrew and was told quite bluntly "please bring it back". Professional service means sending someone up to fetch it after 15 minutes or so (if it really is the ONLY corkscrew available). The room was very good. (You'll find clips of it in my video "Lyon two days in November 2024" - search for "Channel APvRV").

Third time here, which shows we like it! Very convenient if you are using the Part Dieu station, and with all the develpment which is still going on at the station, increasingly covenient for the Metro, the airport and other transport connections. Rooms of a good size, beds comfortable, decent breakfast and the staff are helpful and friendly. Good price, too.

This hotel is very close to the train station, and the Rhone Express, T3 and T4 tramlines so a great location for getting around Lyon. We flew into LSY and went to events at LDLC arena so the location was perfect for getting to those. It was about 30-mins walk to the centre of Lyon and about 10-mins to Westfield for shops, restaurants and a supermarket. We booked a family room for 2 adults and an 11 year old. It was a good size, the double bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only area for improvement was the comfort of the soft bed. The 11-year old was fine and slept well, but it wouldn't be comfortable for an adult to sleep on as the mattress was very thin. Tea, coffee, snacks and water was available in the lobby. We took reusable water bottles and bought a cute Lyon bottle from reception for 4EU as a souvenir. We were pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast. There was lots of choice and it was all good quality. It certainly set us up well for the day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and not too far from the centre of Lyon for sightseeing.
