Great location next to a tramway stop and 2 metro lines. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Just the bath needs a fresh up. Atm they are working on a new lobby. New rooms are planned in the next two years.

Mercure chain of hotels always seem to be a little way from the city centre, was a bit of a walk to the old town from hotel tram stop was right outside which was very handy. Boulangeries food places were dotted around close the the hotel so that was a bonus. The reception area was under renovation which made getting into the hotel a bit of a mission had to ring and get a code etc for the car parking. Beds very comfy which was great for a Mercure. Was generally a good choice

The place was in renovation when we stayed there but the place is very convenient. Walking less than 2 minutes from the tram , bus and metro stations. Lobby staffs are super helpful. Breakfast is so-so and encountered a rude staff there.

Have to just disclose that at this time the hotel was under renovations so that the structure was leas than ideal. However the helpful and very respectful staff more than fill up the hotel’s deficiencies. The rooms were simple but clean and regularly serviced. Good job guys

Was a really nice hotel with wonderful staff…. In particular Martin was THE BEST server in all of Europe!!! Rooms are comfortable with an okay bathroom although the shower was a bit awkward. Make sure you have a mango pilada if you visit. Would visit again.
