-Un late check out nous était demandé à l'enregistrement alors qu'il était déjà facturé. -Nous avions demandé de garder nos bagages car nous sommes arrivés bien avant l'heure du checkin et quand ils nous ont été rendus il manquait un, il a fallu redemandé au personnel de le retrouver. -Après l'heure normale du check out, nos cartes de la chambre ne fonctionnaient plus alors qu'un départ tardif avait bien été demandé et payé, il a fallu encore demander au personnel de résoudre le problème et c'est encore une perte de temps. -De plus le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre, il a fallu aussi demander à la réception. Les lits sont trop mous et bougent trop.
