Estimado Oscar L. S., Agradecemos sinceramente su leal preferencia hacia ibis Asuncion y nos alegra saber que ha disfrutado de su estancia con nosotros en múltiples ocasiones. Su recomendación a colegas es igualmente valiosa para nosotros. Verifico que hizo su reserva via Booking.com, no hizo directo con la cadena, cuando es asi no elegible para puntos. Hay distintas promociones por la web, hay por estadias largas, por compra anticipada. Si vendría seguido podremos darle una tarifa preferencial. Respecto a los puntos pasados: los puntos se acreditan desde que se registró como miembro de la cadena para adelante, no es retroactivo. Y por último, el gimnasio va a estar habilitado recién el año que viene pero ahora en la terraza del hotel junto a una piscina nueva. Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier otra consulta y esperamos poder recibirle nuevamente en el futuro. Atentamente, ibis Asuncion

Dear Hotel Team, I have stayed at your hotel during more than four trips to Asunción and have always enjoyed my experience. I have also recommended the hotel to several colleagues. During my most recent stay, I had booked the hotel expecting to use the gym, but unfortunately, it was closed. In addition, some colleagues to whom I recommended the hotel told me that they received a 25% discount on their bookings. However, I did not receive an email or offer for this discount. I created my Accor account on August 23, 2025, but points from my eligible stays do not appear to have been credited to it. Could you please review my account and assist me with the following? 1. Confirm whether I am eligible for the 25% discount. 2. Credit any qualifying past stays to my Accor account. 3. Advise whether anything can be done regarding the unavailable gym during my stay. Very pleasant, we arrived around 5am, tired and sleepy and Angel made our check in a breeze (thank you Angel!!) I didn't find a good selection of gluten free items for breakfast, I have celiac disease. I have to paid extra for chipa for breakfast.

Although our stay was brief, it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The only inconvenience was the limited flexibility of the online booking system when we needed to change our dates, which resulted in additional charges. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the great service.

Full buffet breakfast. Zero options for celiacs. Only rice crackers and a warning from everyone in the hotel: we can not guarantee gluten contamination. 10% of the population is either celiac or gluten intolerant. And you go with a 'no breakfast, no dinner, no lunch for celiacs' flag. Because everyone is aware of what you can not offer. XXI century, plenty of options in the market. Hundreds. Don't understand this at all.

I stayed at IBIS from May 27–30. Unfortunately, during my stay, I became very ill with food poisoning and had to rest for 48 hours. The hotel staff responded immediately and offered medical care. They were incredibly kind and attentive, bringing food to my room and checking in on me each day. I am very grateful for the care and support I received during a difficult situation. Their kindness made a hard experience much easier.

Stayed first time ever in Paraguay and spent few nights at this hotel. All was good, location ideal for my meetings and also near the beach for a calm peaceful walk in the evening. If I come back to Asuncion, no need to look for anything better. This hotel met my expectations.
