My mom and mother in law, 2 ladies in their 80, came to visit us. We loved the location of the hotel and overall the installation was good. What we are really disappointed about was that they charged my mother in law for a towel saying because it had a bit of makeup it couldn’t be removed and it was considered a damaged item. Honestly is not about the cost they charged for the towel but it ruined my birthday celebration as my mother in law was extremely distressed as she couldn’t understand why they were charging her. When I asked them for a policy that described this situation they just gave excuses on how it’s costly for them to replace a towel. I asked what if I have my period and blood gets to the sheets, are you going to charge me for that?. No they said, that would be an accident. So an 80 year old woman with poor vision would not be considered to have an accident when she thought her makeup was removed and dried her face. Honestly for that reason I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay on it again.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are comfortable. I found the location very convenient too, not far from the airport, bus station or downtown Asunción. The modern shopping mall over the road is also a bonus, especially the huge food selection. The staff were also very welcoming. I would stay here again.

The hotel was reserved by the company I work for, and it was a pleasant surprise: the bed was really comfortable; the shower and towels, perfect. The breakfast was complete and the staff, always caring and ready to help. It is definitely a place I will stay again in case I return to the city.
