We arrived at 10:30, asked about eating, the reception didn't have a clue how long the kitchen is opened on friday night, waiter didn't tell us that if we'll waist time checking in we won't eat. Check-in took a good 25 min despite having it done previously on the app, looked like they have no clue about anything. Window of the room didn't close properly some noise from nearby discos could be heard in the room but we slept only because we were so tired. It was only ok for a short stay. The bed was comfy and the sheets were nice.
