・ibis Yerevan Centre is located near the Republic Square, it takes 30 mins from/to Airport by taxi. ・Employees are very friendly, when pick-up my baggage after checking-out, a male receptionist talked to me “Have a nice trip”, that made me happy and want to go back to the hotel. ・Room has bed with typically “ibis” style, that has casual and cleanliness, and there is a refrigerator and you can bring / store beverages. ・Breakfast serves Western and East-European cuisines, tastes good. You can also eat at the terrace, more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Yerevan. The hotel is in the city centre and the main shopping areas and many tourist sites are within walking distance. I liked the selection of Armenian foods provided for breakfast. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which is quite noisy, especially at night.

I specifically booked and paid for a late checkout in advance so I could get some sleep after a late arrival. But they woke me up at 1:00 PM and told me to check out. And when I mentioned I had a late checkout, they simply said, "Oh, right, that's true." Why couldn't they have checked this before calling? As a result, I couldn't get any sleep. And why did I overpay for a late checkout if the staff couldn't even do basic checks before disturbing my sleep?

First of all, I want to thank Marina for constantly following up with me through emails. The location of the hotel is perfect, the service is great, the only thing is that the room we requested earlier was twin beds and we received kind size for two and it was inconvenient for us to change it later. The room is a bit small for two people and fits more comfortable for one person. Other than that, everything was great, clean and super comfortable.

This is such a great hotel. I really do love it. First time I stayed there two years ago and since then I’ve been staying here forever. I do love the location. It’s right next to the northern Avenue. I do love the rooms. They’re well equipped. The AC is working perfectly and the beds are very comfy. I love the staff because whenever I come, they do make me feel as if. Best Friend and the most desired guest. My special thanks, Go To Lisa, Milana, and Eric thank you guys for doing the outstanding job and always being there for us. special special holler to the staff at the bar. The guys make the best drinks and are always smiling and cordial. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices are reasonable and are definitely best price value ratio.

While I have always appreciated the staff during my previous visits, this stay was truly the best, thanks to the exceptional people who make every guest feel welcome. I had booked a room (so I thought) through Accor, but when my travel date became close, I noticed I never received any confirmation of my booking, only my enrollment in Accor rewards program. I never received any confirmation, invoice, booking code, reminder email: nothing. So I booked a room (for which I received an invoice, reminders for early check-in, etc.). When I arrived I was informed that I had booked two rooms under my, and that you had charged me a no-show fee for one of them. I protested, but the clerk was utterly unhelpful. She said she'd "leave a note for the manager" but I wasn't surprised that you decided to just keep my money. Clearly. there was an error that you could have noticed and followed up on. Again, I still never received any confirmation of the first booking. Just the charge on my credit card. I would appreciate it if you could refund that charge.

I arrived at hotel at 12.00. I was told by 2 receptionists to wait in the bar area and that they would try and get me a room prior to the 15.00 check-in time. I waited in the bar for 90 minutes and as no one had updated me I asked again at reception and was informed by a very rude receptionist that check-in is 15.00 and to come back after this time. I left and returned to hotel at 17.30 where I was checked in. The receptionist who checked me in answered 2 phonecalls and opened the luggage room while checking me in so the whole process took longer than it should. I had no contact with any other staff members apart from the breakfast room greeters who seemed nice.

I can't speak more highly of the staff and service of the hotel, The hotel is clean and well situated and the staff and service are second to none, caring, kind and very accommodating for special needs. Astghik is a gem and a credit to your hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel.
