Centrally located hotel with typical IBIS facilities, clean and well maintained. The shower spray is strong and the bathroom well sized. Bedding is quite satisfactory and room size adequate. TV lacks of English/International Channel. TV size could have been bigger. Pity that there is No Tea/Coffee facilities in standard room. However there is hot/cold water machine on each floor. Breakfast is satisfactory with some daily changes....Plenty of all kind of shops with in walking distance. Value for money ratio is good...not very good..!

The location of the hotel was excellent, being in the middle of the city with most of the major sites a short walk away. Service was exceptional, very responsive and polite. I especially loved the wide range of choices for the welcome drinks as an ALL member. I was only able to try the breakfast three times, but it was delicious, although not very varied. My room was very comfortable and clean, with reliable hot water (and good water pressure) in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The in room refrigerator was not as cold as I expected. There was adequate space for hanging clothes, although some may find it a bit limited. There is also an in-room safe that works perfectly.

A/C was not working and it was a major inconvenience which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The staff allowed us to open the window wide, but that was not enough because the air did not circulate enough to cool the room. The rest was ok. Staff was helpful, the breakfast was very good as well however coffee could be improved.
