The concierge/礼宾部 person who answered my call was so grumpy at me, he keeps offering me the wrong help - saying that if the ordered food was delivered to the hotel the robot would deliver to me, but at the end, I found out the food was delivered to a locker that only i could go there and unlock with my phone, no one else could help with that. I would appreciate a direct message, instead of keeping finding excuses and offer different solutions that would never work with a grumpy tone. The room was described as 42 square meters, in fact it was about 25… But on the positive side, the cleaning lady was extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms are comfy and well-equipped, perfect for recharging after a busy day. What really stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially thanks to Yulia. Her warmth and genuine kindness made such a difference — she went out of her way to help with every little detail, making me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find staff that friendly and attentive, and Yulia deserves a huge shoutout. If you’re headed to Shanghai for work or play, this hotel is absolutely worth considering. We were visiting Shanghai a large group of friends The Pullman is well located only a short walk to the metro which is the best way to move around town. We all got executive lounge access, Ken was the perfect host and Joy gave us great advice about local shops and massage parlours.
