Check-in was not smooth as the room assigned was already occupied and the guest did not check out yet. We had to wait while the hotel sort it out and we had to move to a different floor which was a huge inconvenience as my mother had a knee operation and had to use a walking stick. There was no briefing or document regarding the towels. The breakfast selection was good.

Can't fault this hotel. Beautiful setting next to the beach. Close to centre of Kamala. Great breakfasts. Staff are also really lovely, plus noticing it was my birthday really made my day!!
