Check in was difficult. Room was not fitted out with welcome deinks and fruit. No welcome from the man at the table and no recognition of card level. Towels were not provided on day two and had to be called twice to get them. Hotel doesn’t have information provided about local amenities. No lounge provided and only afternoon tea. No access to a pool or spa facilities. We were a couple traveling together but reception thought that we needed two beds. Room locking information about services provided by hotel and how to access them. Check out was limited. No warm farewell and thanks for staying.

The location of the property is perfect. The rooms are big and spacious. Great mountain view too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The front desk manager Ms. Nicole is the sweetest. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and she made sure everything was perfect. She even offered a room upgrade. She was available 24x7 to help us. The breakfast is great too.

1.Even I was severely sick, the hotel delayed our stay for over 1.5 hrs 2.Two pieces of luggage were lost by hotel on the check- in day. We counted the luggage together with the check-in staff and confirmed 7 pieces of luggage together and wrote down on the label. 2 of them is miscarried to another room. The lugguage contains my medicines, clothes and computer, basically everything I need. As a result I can do nothing but wait in pain from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM (cannot take shower, take pills or work) 3.With the mistake, the hotel provided us nothing but a fruit plate, which contains a banana (me and my husband is allergic to), an apple and a tiny pear that is not fresh. I didn't hear a single word about apology from the check-in front desk through the entire stay. 4.On the check-out day, I asked the hotel to provide compensation for the inconvenience caused during the check-in (delayed checkin and loss of luggage) and got denied without any alternative solutions. 5.The entire experience was a disaster: the room is not clean with stains on basin and bathtub that's impossible to neglect. The breakfast is very chaotic and there's no SPA provided. I will never consider stay at Pullman anymore.
