It is also rewarding to know you found our hotel well-situated for your needs, as we are just a few steps away from several European institutions and the city centre. However, we regret that you experienced slower service than expected and that you found the buffet to be occasionally empty. Our goal is to provide efficient service and a plentiful buffet at all times, and we will be looking into these matters to ensure they are improved. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. We stayed for 1 night and arrived very late as our flight was delayed. The staff member on that night was great. Rooms were clean and spacious and there was a drinking water fountain in the hallway. We had another staff member the next day help us with directions, Eva. She was amazing. Only thing we thought was odd were the tiny half size pillows.

Room was fine, but some problems

I had a conference at the convention center across the street, so the location of the hotel was fantastic. The room was ok, but there were a few problems. The back of the small bed/futon was broken and didn't fully attach to the bed, so when you leaned on it, it kept falling off. We called the desk who came up right away to look at it, and said they would send the maintenance team the next day. But, it was never fixed (we stayed for 4 nights). Also, there is a table in the room, but with only 1 chair. We asked for a second chair, but also never received that. Finally, the large standing lamp in the corner, which was necessary to make that side of the room brighter, didn't work. We mentioned this when they came to look at the futon, and they said they would fix/replace it as well the next day, but that was also never fixed. These were mostly small problems and made doing some work in the room difficult. But other than that, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was good.
