This is a third rate Ibis hotel in sao Luis. For what you charge, the place is not worth it. Shame on you people !!!!!

Camas confortáveis, mas falta gestão da equipe . Os funcionários são ótimos no geral , mas quando chegamos tinha apenas uma pessoa na recepção e uma fila , decorrente da alta temporada. No café da manhã faltou de um tudo .

O hotel estava sujo! O quarto que estávamos parecia ter sido utilizado anteriormente por outras pessoas e não efetuaram a limpeza. Não dava nem pra ficar sem chinelo! O hotel todo estava sujo, inclusive a recepção!

Minha experiência foi bastante positiva. A localização, é ótima, com fácil acesso as atrações turísticas. O hotel oferece boas comodidades, e a equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. Very disappointing experience. I know ibis is not the same everywhere but this was below what I would expect from an accord hotel. First they gave us the wrong type of room, then the corridor was smelly, then the room floor was slippery, bathroom door didn’t close. Not to mention the beds were so uncomfortable as I had never experienced before.

Sempre que posso escolho a rede Accor pra me hospedar, mas a unidade IBIS São Luís/MA deixou a desejar. Chuveiro ruim, ambiente cheirando a mofo, preços altos e café da manhã dos piores que já comi. No 1o dia achamos que o café estava ruim porque descemos perto do final, por volta das 9h30, finalizava às 10h, mas não era isso, no dia seguinte precisamos tomar café às 6h e pra nossa surpresa estava ainda pior, leite gelado, não tinha café, pão de queijo requentado, um verdadeiro show de horror. Inclusive acho justo que os valores cobrados pelo café sejam ressarcidos, tanto pra mim, quanto pra minha família. Eu, como membro All senti vergonha desse serviço e chateada por tamanho desleixo.
