From the moment I arrived at 1 PM, the first thing I heard from the front desk was: "Check-in is at 3 PM at the earliest." No greeting, no effort to check if my room was ready, and no consideration for the fact that I am a Platinum Voyager member—something your staff should be aware of and take into account before giving generic, dismissive statements to guests. This unprofessional approach left a terrible first impression of your hotel. The room itself was fine, but what was truly unacceptable was the smoking area. It is beyond me why your hotel cannot provide a proper, comfortable space for smokers—especially in winter. Instead, I was repeatedly sent away to an uncomfortable section with no seating or heating. Is it really so difficult to arrange a warm, decent place where guests can sit, enjoy a coffee, and smoke in peace? Or are smokers just treated like an inconvenience? Other hotels, such as the Pullman Ambassador in Seoul, manage to provide smoking lounges and proper outdoor smoking areas with heating—so why can’t yours? This experience was far below expectations, and I can confidently say that unless changes are made, I won’t be returning.
