I found a few things quite surprising during my stay. Basic amenities like drinking water and a standard toiletry kit, such as a toothbrush, were not provided. Also, the room size was quite small considering the price charged.

It was overall a really nice stay and a nice and silent room on 12th floor. There were some challenges with the language skills of the concierges. Actually the receptionists had better skills in English, but the concierges kept on breaking in, which was a bit annoying. Suggest rowing machines in the fitness centre (I will recommend Concept2 type, as an active rower)

We were a group of friends with our family with small children. I booked 2 rooms even though my children are only 5&6 but the hotel didn’t accommodate my request for same floor. On top of it somehow the kids had to pay for breakfast which is strange as I booked a bed and breakfast room. None of the restaurants accepted Accor plus. The beds were very hard to sleep on and it has caused me back ache now because of which I need to consult a physiotherapist. I am considering taking a legal advice for what could be possible solutions
