3rd time staying at this hotel. The hotel halls and room needs repairs and maintenance. For example my bathroom heavy glass siding door would close but not open. Needed a few hands to lift and slide the glass door as my wife was stuck in the bathroom.

The rooms were quite large and comfortable enough. The gym facilities were very good and the staff were lovely. The issues we came across while there for some weeks were: - The lighting in the room inadequate during non-daylight hours. - The laundry facilities were poor. while it was nice to have access to free laundry, there were not enough washers and dryers to service the whole hotel. - The 3 lifts for the hotel would often see you waiting for up to 15mins especially during the busy periods. - The cost of food and drinks are exceptionally high. - There is a cost to use the pool and sauna for guests. This is the first time I have come across this and i feel that for the price you are paying that it should be included for guests.
