Asked to open a locked window because of asthma, simply left hotel after being refused, now I am banned for life ?!

Because our hotel is considered a high-rise building due to its height, we have our own legal requirements, which we must strictly adhere to. We offered you a room upgrade to a ground or first floor room, but you declined. Unfortunately, we were unable to assist you in this specific situation. It is unfortunate that we were unable to assist you with your request regarding the window and that this led to your departure from our hotel.
