Trauma, physical damage, and still no reply or compensation

I still haven t received any kind o compensation or any answer from Accor, so I will not stop sharing my horrifying experience. I have certified extreme asthma and allergies and I asked politely i it was possible to open the window (which was locked), the manager was extremely rude and brief, so much that I thought it was a misunderstanding. As I basically live in Accor hotels since 2018, and I wanted to have a good relationship with the hotel that i may have needed in the future, I called customer service to mediate o me with the manager. The guy instead took it like I was complaining and BANNED ME (!) om the hotel. The evil touch was that he did not tell me, so that when I came back that night because I couldn't ind any other place to stay as the city was fully booked, I found out that my second booking had been cancelled, and the receptionists kicked me (!!!) out o the hotel with extra meanness. With a giant luggage, no place to stay. Consider that I am a 50+ old disabled lady, at periods wheelchair user, and for what it's worth Platinum Member spending 200 + days a year in Accor hotels and usually welcomed as a good guest, meaning I am not some junkie who was trashing the room ob something. I had to spend the night at McDonald and in the metro (!!) they wouldn't even let me stay in the lobby (thankfully another nice hotel kept my luggage during the night, even i I wasn't even staying there, but they knew me and did this huge kindness. I was extremely ill weeks a the night in the metro, lost precious days of work, lost medical appointments because I was too sick to go, it was also extremely depressing that in my situation o need (handicapped, homeless) some people were so mean fo no reason. and I literally have trauma about this. I want either compensation, either I want them to pay attention, that manager had created a monstrous wok enjoinment where all the employees were extremely stressed, and honestly I never wished in my life to get anyone fired, but Ibis is a nice company and at that level o rudeness and malevolence honesty he didn't seem all right in the head. Please somebody pay attention. Also, I see that also the night I spent there has disappeared, it looks like it was canceled, that is not true, I did spend a night there, and I have proof. There is something quite dodgy going on in hotel Ibis Budget Messe. #Accorhotels

Good for small budgets

Small but has everything you need. Very close to public transport and across the street from the amazing Prater park. It says that if you let the reception know to skip a cleaning to help the environment, you will get a surprise at check out. We didn't receive anything. Otherwise, hotel is clean, service is good. We asked for extra pillows (only comes with 2 total) and we got them right away. Would recommend, affordable and close to all public transport.

No basic needs included in the room

We came to Wien as unplanned so we chose the hotel at very last minute. Location and budget was our priority so we chose here. We booked a family room. We weren't expecting much. I can say that cleaning may be enough but there are so many needs that are a 'must' in every basic hotel room. For example hand towel, hair towel, towel flippers, hair dryer. There is only a bed in the room, no wardrobe, just hangers around. The worst was the shower, you should check it out from the pictures. It is in the room and it has a blurred glass. You don't have any privacy in the room. Toilet door cant be closed. Beds and pillows arent comfy, either. No glass in the room, no water bottle. Any of the basic needs arent supplied so this was too much. Be aware of this. Air conditioner was enough. The most beautiful thing about the hotel is it is so close to Prater and U1 Bahn. We went to the city center very easily.

Good and affordable budget hotel

Clean and modern hotel. They offer a breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and large enough, containing the wonderful ibis bed, a small desk, two stools and a bin, sink, separate toilet and a separate shower. Only a 10 minutes walk from the Praterstern travel hub, where you can take the U1 to Vienna's historic centre. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel room is sufficient for all my needs. Hot water, comfortable bed, and air conditioning. The weather was still cold during my stay. Lots of hangers to hang coats and business suits. Although I was unable to fully understand how to make the room heater work, the room was cozy and warm enough. Staff was sufficiently friendly. Bathroom may not offer privacy so dont share a room with a business colleague! I got great rates due to several months-advance booking and probably offpeak season. As to location, Metro is a few minutes walk away. With a Billa nearby. Everything you need is a stone's throw away.
