We were checked in to a room 201, we found urine not flush and spitting on the basin. The beds, hair dryer, everywhere full of dust. We took photo and told the reception. The reception guy said impossible but he immediately changed our room to 220. This room also full of dust, we need to clean it before we could stay here for 4 nights. We dont feel safe here, could not sleep well. The bathroom, toilet were all japanese type, not wheelchhair friendly. The surrounding of thus hotel has 3 supermarkets walking distance 8 mins, a cafe opp hotel, nearby was school of 4 campus. Nothing much here. We will never go back to this hotel again

Good location , peaceful surroundings , accessible to most attractions , safe zones and friendly staff at the property. Train station close by . Public transport short distance from the hotel and taxis plying at regular intervals. Slightly away from the noisy downtown

Spacious modern rooms but underwhelming staff and food

flabbergasted by this place and doubt i will ever return. First, just as i arrived all the elevators went out of commission and assigned a room on the 7th floor. No proper update provided on when they would be fixed and went from in the next hour to later that night to now it’s next week! LOL. Happy to get some more daily steps in but the apathy from the staff is frustrating. No effort made to accommodate guests in any way. And really? a supposed 4 star hotel in the center of vienna with 9 floors can’t have a working elevator for more than a week? Looks like they also had a cable and phone outage (or may be i am the only one that flagged, i don’t know) and when i mentioned to the front desk twice, they didn’t know why or do anything about it 🤷‍♂️ But front desk agent offered free breakfast for the last three days of my stay when i mentioned things were still not working the following day. The phone still doesn’t work and also no instructions anywhere on how to reach the front desk or any other part of the hotel. Next, quite the underwhelming breakfast. fairly small selection which is fine but stale croissants and rolls are certianly a let down when visiting Austria :( Lastly, is it normal for a 4 star international hotel chain in Vienna to have just BBC news as the only english speaking TV channel available but 8 Arabic channels across news, sports, entertainment?

Location couldn’t be better. It was near the metro station on the red line, with an amazing connection to all important sites in the centre and beyond. Rooms were very comfortable and clean when we first walked in, but during our 5 days stay the in between cleaning was not the best.

Excellent place to stay with family in Vienna. U1 just a stroll away, spacious suites with an elegant kitchenette which is a big plus when travelling with family. Very courteous and polite staff, impeccable housekeeping, quiet neighbourhood, spar and Billa right across, and much more. I have booked for six nights and this is my third day at this property. Would surely stay here for my next visit and strongly recommend to all family travellers.
