Janina of executive lounge was accommodating and helpful. From luggage service staff, Sherwin and others- the tall guy… plus concierge were enormously helpful. That was my 3rd time to stay and 1st in an executive room. As usual, the clean and comfortable rooms plus great food give me the reason to always come back. Will book definitely book again. Very near my residence but the feeling of leisure is always there. Thank you, Novotel!

Nigel is very attentive, respectful, and accomodating. I always love my stay here! although I must say, the food selection esp for breakfast buffet has lessened. What happened? but over all I'm happy like always and will be back for sure.
