All calls are directed to front desk which nobody picks during checkin time since they're busy. When someone does pick, the request doesn't get fulfilled or you get transferred to another call without a warning.

Everything was quite good, the only minus is the breakfast hall and the option you have for breakfast. No option for gluten free diet.

There was no customized breakfast for us. I paid heavily for the for 6 nights, other hotel give free breakfast.

I liked the locations everywhere I stayed at IBIS. Restaurant food prices were little higher. Cleanliness is great. Whenever I travel again, I will look for ibis first.

The hotel just next to my office (C1 Tower) and its very much convention to me. The room consider as small but its just enough for me as single traveler. But the room having the white dusty as its stick to my cloth. Maybe its come towel, bed cover. Im not so sure. But overall, im enjoy it.

We stayed just for one night, as we spent 24 hours in Dubai in between flights. The hotel is clean, the bed comfortable. The first receptionist, a lady, treated us not so kindly. I had previously written that our arrival would have been around 7. The hotel replied that they would give us a room. The lady quickly dispatched us with a fake, annoyed smile and told us we would have to wait until 11. I went to a colleague and pleaded for a room, because we were exhausted. He eventually gave it to us in 30 minutes and was very kind.

I have stayed at Sheraton Mall of The Emirates, Roda Al Marooj Downtown, and several other 4 to 5-star properties and I would like to claim that IBIS One Central is nothing less than any of those facilities. Actually it was good experience regarding accommodation and service. But, unfortunately my checkout was on Thursday 21st November, and I forgot my iPhone charger in the room. By colleague expanded his residence in the hotel for two additional nights. I asked him to inquire about my charger but the reception employee said that the room service employees have found nothing. Actually, there are someone who take my charger, what make a bad experience for me. Thank you.
