This hotel has a lovely view of the river, sitting outside enjoying a drink watching the water craft go by is very pleasant. The pool seemed very nice we didn't use it as we were only in the hotel for one night. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of choices. The room was small, the bathroom quite small with basic provisions. It must be a great place to work as the staff were very friendly with each other. Somewhat lacking in engaging with guests. The hotel served our needs for the night but it's not somewhere we would choose to stay for more than one night.

Clean and comfortable room with great amenities and river view. Staff was welcoming. Only little noisy the rooms. Breakfast variety was very good

The property occupies a large chunk of prime land on the Thonburi side of the river; which is unusual for Ibis Hotels which are usually either not located in prime areas, or are occupying small pieces of land. The hotel gives a relaxed resort vibe, despite its central location. Sapan Taksin station is within walking station across the river. Check in was swift and friendly and my Accor status was recognized. The rooms are larger than the usual Ibis rooms; more like an Ibis Styles. The pool and vast garden are well maintained. There are two reasons why I cannot give full marks: - There are just two lifts for the entire hotel, and one of them was out of order throughout my stay, which caused long waits for the lift. - The rooms are not soundproofed and I could hear conversations, TV, and other things I don’t want to describe in details from the neighbouring rooms. Also the banging of doors can be heard even from other floors. So, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Thank you very much for a wonderful time at the Ibis Bangkok Riverside! Very beautiful place. Great location. In the evening you can watch the pleasure boats sail along the river - very beautiful, lights are on everywhere! The inner courtyard of the hotel with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a bar and a restaurant where you can eat. And there is a massage. I am traveling with a cat and this hotel is very animal-friendly. I had a standard, but very spacious room. They do not charge extra for one animal. This is very nice of the hotel. Refundable Deposit 1000 baht. The staff is very, very professional, friendly, they give advice and help. I especially liked the manager at the reception: Si Kul Joe. After my check-out, while I was spending time by the pool, she kindly offered to look after my cat, leaving her at the reception. This is a kind deed! Thank you! And I recommend this hotel to everyone. The room is clean. Strong water pressure in the shower. Daily cleaning, free drinking water and tea and coffee

Great service at the front, especially reception front staff,name ROSE(great service mind and fully support, really appreciated). Room is very good and clean. Hotel located on good location with great river view. Swimming pool also good. The food and dessert are delicious.
