An excellent hotel for anyone, but especially good for families. The hotel has plenty of amenities and a its only a short walk or ride to Icon Siam shopping mall. View of the river from the restaurant is excellent and the pool is very good as well.

Great location by the river within very easy reach of Silom and beyond. But what makes this hotel outstanding for me are the staff!! I really do feel like I am staying 'at home' with friends rather than being an anonymous guest. In particular, Jojoe and his food & beverage team are attentive, friendly and take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests but without being overbearing. I would honestly say that out of the countless number of hotels I’ve stayed at over the years, Ibis Bangkok Riverside is, for me, the best so far.

Location. Right on the river. Breakfast. Excellent location looking out across the river, pool and gardens which is probably the best thing about this hotel now. Breakfast room is basically too small for the volume of guests and not very well laid out. The 2 hot drinks machines are probably in the worst place with queues of people waiting to use them often blocking the way in and out of the room. The machines are too small and too slow therefore often need refilling which just compounds the situation. Less of a selection of food than I remember in the past and not much variety on a daily basis. Very noisy with the scraping of chairs on the floor and staff clearing away tables. Generally very slow replenishing things and clearing tables which was strange as there were plenty of staff. Room. Standard Ibis pod with very little storage space. Make sure you get a river view as the views are excellent and you see the sunrise. Not very well sound proofed with lots of noise from the corridor of people coming and going. General. About a 40 minute drive from Suvarnabhumi airport by taxi in light traffic cost 500 THB. Iconsiam is about a 20 minute walk. Go out of hotel and walk to 7/11 on the corner, turn right and keep walking until you see it. Alternatively, when you pass under the road bridges, look out for some orange railings on your right, it looks like the road is closed but that's only to stop the cars. Walk down here and you can get a local ferry across the river for 5 THB. It brings you to Sathorn Pier where you can walk to the BTS or get a boat to Iconsiam for 8 THB. Would I stay here again? unsure.

Great trip good location we stay 14 March family room clean and comfortable but a bit feedback with small bathroom the staff is very nice and helpful Khun Rose GSA at front desk very help full and friendly we will back to stay ibis riverside again

This was the best place to stay we could have ever imagined. Amazing views of the Riverside and so convenient to Iconsiam and all tourist transport hubs Rose at the reception was incredible and so helpful And the breakfast was to die for Thank you for giving my sister and I the best Bangkok experience we could have ever dreamed of
