Pullman Bangkok Hotel G: A Mixed Bag in Silom

The Pullman Bangkok Hotel G offers a convenient location near Silom's vibrant district and night market, though its proximity to public transport requires clarification. While closer to Chong Nonsi BTS station, about 25min walk is needed to reach Sala Daeng station. Upon entering, the hotel's impressive height contrasts sharply with a somewhat underwhelming lobby. The architecture feels utterly dated and in need of a significant refresh, lacking the expected "wow" factor. Room quality varies; we experienced both newer, white-themed rooms and older ones. Our six-night stay in an executive room included access to the 27th floor executive lounge. We had a couple massage at The G-Spa, whilst it was a comfortable massage, though not exceptionally noteworthy compared to the numerous, potentially better-value options along Silom Road. However, the spa's clean environment and friendly service are undeniable assets. The hotel's thoughtful birthday gesture—a towel cake and balloons—was welcoming. The executive lounge staff were consistently outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their exceptional service was a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, daily housekeeping fell short of expectations. Despite reporting issues directly to the housekeeper (Som), plus repeatedly highlighting neglected areas in person, problems persisted. Only after contacting the Guest Experience Mgr, Ms. Raksabun, were these issues promptly resolved. This inconsistency in service was disappointing. Breakfast at the Urban Thaittoria restaurant (2nd floor) offered a superior selection compared to the executive lounge. The restaurant staff were equally attentive and accommodating, quickly learning our preferences and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. While the breakfast buffet was generally excellent, adding more Thai dishes would enhance the selection. The hotel's semi-outdoor pool is small, ideal for families with young children but unsuitable for lap swimming. The gym, however, is adequately sized and equipped for a satisfying workout. Overall, the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G provides comfortable accommodation away from Silom's hustle and bustle. However, a comprehensive refurbishment is crucial to enhance its competitiveness within Bangkok's thriving hotel market. The inconsistencies in housekeeping service unfortunately overshadowed the many positive aspects of our stay.

during my stay at the pullman g hotel, i had a massage at the hotel G spa with yok, som, pat. it was a very good massage with amazing service and hospitality. i would highly recommend this for anyone who is staying here in the future as it was a great experience and one of the best massages i have had

Staff very kind. Delicious breakfast. Difficult to find taxi metre, but staff will help to stop taxi. (Now many taxi metre in Bangkok dont wan't use metre, you gave to bargain. The driver open expensive price, that's hard task). BTS chongnonsi 10-12 minutes walk and BTS Saladaeng/MRT Silom 18 minutes walk.

Massage with Muay was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone staying here. G signature massage was lovely. The spa is relaxing and has all the amenities you need for a classic experience. Will return multiple times on my trip to Bangkok. So relaxed.

We had 75 minutes of hot oil messages. Our therapists were K. Muay and K. Pim. They were both polite and also professional. The message were extremely excelllent. It was a very good relaxing time for both of us. The almostphere was also nice and clean.
