I was your guest on November 19th and 20th with my friend. The public area of ​​the hotel was clean, tidy and well designed. Our room had a great and amazing view. It was very clean and tidy with a great design. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and it had suitable vegan options for me. However, the breakfast area was cold which was a bit annoying. I am genuinely shocked at how disappointing Pullman Hotel G turned out to be. From the moment I stepped in, the entire place felt tired and neglected, nothing like what a five star property should even remotely resemble. They gave me an “upgrade” that honestly felt like a downgrade. The rooms are ageing badly, the floors feel tacky under your feet, and the space has zero warmth or refinement. Even the outside mirrors were so dirty that you cannot enjoy the view. You are literally staring at grime. The biggest letdown was the pool. I had checked beforehand and was clearly told it was functional. It is not. It is unusable, and frankly, an embarrassment for a hotel that claims to be premium. The whole experience felt underwhelming to the point of spoiling my mood for the trip. This is easily one of the most disappointing five star hotels I have ever spent money on. If you value your stay, your time, or even the basic expectation of cleanliness and upkeep, avoid this place. It is simply not worth it.

Sadly, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of Pullman Hotels. While the staff were pleasant and efficient, the property itself—and the way it is managed—leave much to be desired. We stayed on the 28th floor. The room was spacious but noticeably run down. The hardwood floors were deeply scratched, and the furniture showed heavy wear, with chipped edges and stains. Amenities were also disappointing. The room’s iron didn’t work, and the coffee station came with exactly one regular and one decaf pod—an odd choice that feels more like a cost-cutting measure than a guest convenience. In the bathroom, two of the three pump bottles for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were broken and secured so tightly in their rack that they couldn’t be removed for use. On the positive side, the room was clean and housekeeping did their best. These issues reflect management decisions, not staff performance. The coffee allocation, broken iron, and damaged fittings suggest that either housekeeping isn’t given the time or direction to address maintenance properly—or that management is simply trying to squeeze every last baht out of an aging property. As an Accor member with status, I found the experience disappointing and not representative of the Pullman brand. I won’t be staying again.

My second time to stay here, and was equally impressed with the world-class hospitality of Ms. Tong. Ms. Kwang and Ms. Pleng at Reception on Floor 27. Similarly, with the services by Mr. Henry, Ms. Noey, Mr. Osm, Mr. Kiet and Mr. Peth. Mr. Tod at the Swimming Pool also deserves a mention. Finally, to Mr. Max who is undergoing training and had to put up with all my inquiries regarding Accor .

I had a lovely stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. The vibe of the hotel is modern, welcoming, and super comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxed break in the city. A special shoutout to Pleng from the executive lounge. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warm attitude made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
