The Hotel is located in a very nice & close to shopping area / local experience "walking distance" the receptionists were so friendly & polite during check-In & departure, the managers on duty including the night manager during my early departure were so professionals. Doorman lady was there always and very polite Room service & HK team were so polite & professional while dealing with them (BIG THANKS to HK members who did my rooms in both stays The bellmen were not organised and needs more attention from top management on this specific also the tours desk that is located in the lobby were always giving me wrong info and has a bad attitude (I think they are not hotel staff). The rooms are very nice designed but time for renovation which is obviously needed. A special thanks to Mr. Jason & Mr. Jerald for their assistance in my bookings & much appreciated. The bar lobby & burger restaurant were so kind and polite during my visits. Regards, Naji

A Panoramic New Year Celebration at Pullman Bangkok G

I stayed at Pullman Bangkok G on the night of December 31, 2025. The hotel kindly arranged a room on the Chao Phraya River side, allowing me to enjoy a clear and beautiful view of the fireworks. I checked in at the hotel’s ground floor in the evening, where a male staff member — whose name I unfortunately can’t recall — assisted me with a smooth and efficient check-in process. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small New Year’s gift — a bracelet — thoughtfully placed on the bed in my room. On January 1, I decided to book an additional night so that I could stay with my sister, who was visiting Bangkok. We also moved to a different room, which featured a white-themed design. All the staff involved in the check-in process remained warm, friendly, and professional, even on a particularly busy day with a high volume of guests. Overall, Pullman Bangkok G is a great choice for watching New Year’s fireworks from a distance, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the city’s celebrations. I would highly recommend it.

This is a busy hotel located on Si Lom Rd and within walking distance to restaurants, the BTS Skytrain and 20 min leisurely stroll to Central Park Dusit. The room is comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The staff is nice. The reason for only 4 stars were for various reasons. One evening we had to wait about 18 minutes for an elevator to open up on our floor(27th) Executive lounge floor. This was at 5:50pm. Next, there are so many guests going to the breakfast buffet that there's a long queue if you're not there before 8:30AM. The seating/tables now extend just steps before entering the restaurant before reaching the hostess desk. Get there early to avoid the crowd.

Gym – 9/10 • Well-equipped and modern gym on 5th floor. ⸻ Wi-Fi – 9/10 • Fast and stable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. ⸻ Front Desk – 9/10 • Fantastic and very helpful front desk staff. • Professional, friendly, and efficient service. ⸻ Service (Restaurant 9/10 & Cleaning 7/10) • Restaurant: Very good quality and wide selection, especially at breakfast. • Cleaning: Housekeeping was okay. Found some hair from previous guests at the sink, but overall acceptable. ⸻ Cleanliness – 7/10 • Like many hotels in Thailand: slightly worn but well maintained and clean. • The all-white design makes wear more visible. • Complimentary water is refilled daily (2–3 bottles per day). ⸻ Location – 8/10 • Nice and lively area. • 30–40 minutes from the airport on a good day, but expect 1–1.5 hours depending on traffic. • Close to the metro, but you miss some sightseeing opportunities and the flexibility to stop along the way. Take a Grabbor Tuktuk- but around the corner. Outside hotels you will pay 50 % more. • Rooms facing west towards IconSiam and the river offer a magical sunset. • Construction at ground level nearby (2025) west may affect the view in the future. ⸻ Room – 9/10 • Deluxe Room on the 23rd floor. • Soundproofing is limited – noise from traffic, planes, and neighboring rooms can be heard. • Slightly worn; the all-white interior can make the room look more used than it is. • Functional layout and good shower. • Comfortable beds with good-quality duvets and pillows. • Nice amenities such as slippers and a kettle etc • Important to request room orientation: east for morning sun or west for afternoon sun and sunset views. ⸻ Value for Money – 7/10 • Expensive by Thai standards, but acceptable for Bangkok. ⸻ Breakfast – 10/10 • One of the best breakfasts we’ve had. • The only downside was slightly cold bacon. • Very busy between 9–10 AM, but still manageable. • Noise level depends largely on other guests (e.g. loud conversations from some nationalities). ⸻ Pool – 9/10 • Small pool on the 5th floor, very cold – not ideal for swimming or sunbathing. • Sun appears around 9 AM and disappear around 3–4 PM (Dec/Jan). • Pool bar available. • Towels provided at the pool. ⸻ Food Nearby – 8/10 • Several good options nearby. • Try the burgers on the 1st floor if nothing else. Great taste! ⸻ Overall – 8/10 • will come back! ⸻

พนักงานต้อนรับดีค่ะ แต่ห้องอาหารเช้าไม่มีการนำแขกไปที่นั่งให้แขกหาที่นั่งเองลิฟท์ที่จอดรถอันตรายค่ะปิดเร็วไม่มีเซนเซอร์โดยประตูลิฟท์หนีบช่วยแก้ไขเพื่อความปลอดภัยค่ะห้องพักสะอาด ปลั๊กชาร์ตโทรศัพท์ไม่โอเคค่ะควรแก้ไข
