The Hotel is literally in the heart of Sapporo, so very accessible. The bus station to the airport is just a few meters away. There are convenience stores, pharmacy, and food shops around. The reception desk staff is very accommodating and hospitable. The rooms is clean and spacious, with complete amenities. The view from the window is fantastic!

Had a great stay at Mercure Sapporo. As Accor members, we were upgraded to a Privilege Twin room, which was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the Sapporo TV Tower. The free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby were a nice touch, and the coin laundry was convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Ms. Shiori assisted us with booking a bus to Niseko over the phone, which we appreciated. Another front desk staff member went above and beyond to help us confirm some details about our Accor membership, even contacting our previous stay at Ibis Styles Osaka. Her effort did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated the extra mile she took. The location is convenient, close to Pole Town and the train station. Overall, service was excellent. It was a pleasant experience.

We especially love the coffee machine on lobby hotel, but the sadness issue is that additional bottled water not allowed.

We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Sapporo. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. As for the water in the rooms, the bottled water is an amenity for the number of guests. Besides, the tap water in the hotel is potable as is posted on the mirror behind the sink. Our Hotel Tap water is pulled from an underground well which is purified and drinkable. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services.
