Staff very friendly however there are some services that could be improved. The breakfast hot food was often cold. No tea drinks available at breakfast on weekdays Now variety for long stays. The balcony seating was very uncomfortable and chairs were damaged and worn. Drinks Pricing for happy hour was confusing. Insufficient storage for clothes for long stay accommodation.

I understand it is not a busy season maybe so the rooms are unlikely to be full and things like body lotion should be checked and changed regularly as the smell could tell it has been there long enough. Wasn't a pleasant one. Also when a drink is sent back for a better job,The server should be around to know how the drink is ,better?of course was still same after sending back.Endend up not drinking it,same server did not bother ,cleared it and still billed me.But ok... Extra Keen to details on Allergies especially after explaining and been there severally. The friendliness of the staff was great,taught me some Fijian words,I felt home all the same. And how could I forget our Novotel baby!He was all amazing forgive me for missing his name,bit I always came around him and him too made my experience great,his smile !Teşekkürler! Food was great and and the hotel has a great set up! Thank you!
