Power went out 3 times on the first night. Hit and miss with room cleaning - missing towels etc. Breakfast food ran out regularly. Dinner was a good selection, and presented well. Staff polite, but more management needed across the entire hotel.

We were disappointed with the room. Small for the price, and the all tiled long hallway amplified noise sometimes to a truly unacceptable level. Partying was not controlled by staff. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. It seemed disorganized and often areas of food were empty. We read in a few areas of a shuttle being available. It was not. Taxis and buses were not a real problem but a shuttle would have been super.

We always have a fabulous stay at Novotel Suva - it feels like a home away from home. The breakfast offering has been upgraded in the past few months and has a delicious spread as well as some of the best barista coffees in Fiji. The location is perfect - a quick drive into Suva but just far enough to escape the busy city feeling. Beautiful sunsets and beautiful staff! We’ll be back. Vinaka vakalevu
