The hotel didn’t have a heater and there were bed bugs

The room was good, though a minifridge in this very hot desert city would have been welcome. Housekeeping was ok, no complaints there. Location was technically very good, but not really. It is close to the city center, yes, but you don²t really want to be there. After dark it becomes quite a dangerous neighborhood. There isn't really anything close except for a few fast food restaurants. The hotel itself has a kitchen but it's rather expensive and, at least when I was there, there had virtually nothing. The hotel bar is not allowed to serve alcohol and the lack of minifridge in the room and the fishy neighborhood meant basically no drinks, which is a bummer. Then, the main problem here is the administration, proven yet again by the fact that I received this feedback form only on June 30th, when I checked out March 19th. I didn't receive my hotel bill, not printed nor via email, and I sent 8 separate requests (both through the app and the email I found online - not the same one) to get the hotel bill. Eventually I did receive it when I returned to the city over a month later and demanded it at reception. Obviously I didn't stay in the same hotel on my 2nd stay, even though the reasons for my stay in the city were identical. Due to circumstances I had to check out 2 days before my planned check out and I was promised this difference would be reimbursed. Still waiting...

Well located but the AC didn't work

The room was fine. It gave a general feeling of dirt, and the AC did not work. Even though the room was small, the AC was not able to cool it down in all night. AND the Wi-Fi password the personal gave me did not work, I wasn't able to connect.
