I dont like by lack of water for drink in the room, very small space, and the fan in bathroom not work, breakfast its good

You guys charge my for items that I not requested still waiting for my refund and a email informing what happened with my refund. You restroom at the lobby dirty I can't used at the moment we arrived and what the receptionist told me the person h Who clean is out already. I need my refund asap.

When a hotel is extremely dirty that you cant even shower, the rest unfortunately goes to a side. This is the first time that I stayed at a hotel that dirty. Definitely, not worth paying that much.

From someone who visits out of the country there are different expectations . I was asked if I wanted to “facturar “ and with my limited Spanish I though this was part of the normal checkout process . I was not happy when the gentlemen at 6:00am asked me to do it through my mobile phone as I was trying to head out . I tried in the pelo g lot and wasn’t successful and he proceeded to tell me they had a computer that I could use to do it . This made me more upset because in my knowledge when you check out the gentleman at the con tee does it without the customer having to do it for themselves . Ignorance on my part, however the gentleman could have explained to me it was not part of his job description

We arrived mid morning from the airport and we were able to get our room straight away. The room was a typical Ibis, but it was good to have complimentary bottles of water in the room. However, later in the day we were surprised (horrified?) to find that it was not possible to buy a cup of coffee. That is despite many adverts for the Ibis Kitchen. Why?? However breakfast was good and it was possible to ask for fried eggs. One minor detail: because I am silver, thre was a free drink voucher - for ber or soft drinks. I hate beer and in other Accor hotels thre has always been the option of wine. Not here - so my husband had the beer! As elsewhere in the area, there is little English spoken. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.

Nice place, conviniently located downtown with accesibility and relatively close to the airport. Room WAS ok but nothing Out of the ordinary. TV only has few chanels and the food in the hotel was a bit dry and pretty regular. A little bit more expensive then others in the city. Won't be staying there another time if I don't have to

My stay was perfect. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. My room was on the small side, but it was very well designed, and comfortable. It reminded me of European hotels. It was my first time in this chain and I will definitely look for their hotels as I travel in Mexico.

One would think dog friendly would be a given in a city called Chihuahua, but it's very difficult. There are others but this is the least expensive and he most modern one I've found. This was my third stay and the staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always nice. 200 peso charge for the dog (US$10), but even with that it's still the best price in town. Conveniently located next to an Oxxo and a bank in the same parking lot. The breakfast is fine, but there are better restaurants in Chihuahua for dinner. I have noticed that the room heat seems to have a limit on how high it will warm the room and on one visit it was extremely cold. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 5 stars instead of 4.

Everything was good but the bathroom, is imposible to get soap from those containers, had to get out and buy me soap, besides that I had to contact my bank since the hirl at the lobby charged my card twice!!
