The toilet's flush was leaking all day and night and i couldnt sleep, there is a very stinking smell in the cabbinit under the sink i think something died there.. i was told when i booked that i would get 2 single beds in the room instead but i got one king sized, and we were told the checkout is at 1pm but it is at 12 so our plans got ruined.

Prefer to have daily top up of toiletries, during my stay on 2ns night, my tooth paste has finished and I have to call to request as it was not replenished during housekeeping the next day.

Good recognition of Accor status. Good upgrade. Horrible bed. I literally sunk in. Definitely needs replacement and in fact the whole building needs an upgrade to newer Novotel standards.
