Regarding your room allocation and check-in experience, we understand that you were not satisfied with the process, particularly with your recent early arrival. Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 pm, and our team did their best to accommodate you as promptly as possible. Please note that, each time you stayed with us, you were accommodated on the particular floor, which is a strictly non-smoking level. We also take note of your dissatisfaction with the mattress and will consider upgrading it if necessary.
