Estimado Huésped, Muchas gracias por dedicar el tiempo a compartir su opinión con nosotros. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en nuestro hotel y es por ello que tomamos nota para mejorar los puntos que no fueron de su agrado. Le comento que el potón al estacionamiento tiene un letrero en donde indica que ese es el acceso al estacionamiento, durante la tarde este letrero se prende y es luminoso, visible a todos nuestros huespedes. Día a día nos esforzamos en ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes y es evidente que esta vez no pudimos alcanzar nuestro objetivo. Le agradeceríamos que nos diera otra oportunidad y puede estar seguro que trataremos de hacer todo lo posible para que tenga una excelente experiencia en nuestro hotel de la cual muchos huéspedes ya han tenido la ocasión de disfrutar.
