Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry you did not have a better experience at our hotel, and we have taken note of the areas for improvement. Please note that as a standard practice, Ibis hotels do not have mini-fridges in the rooms. Therefore, if you need any beverages, our bar is open 24 hours a day (for non-alcoholic drinks) and until 3:00 AM for alcoholic beverages. We strive every day to offer an exceptional experience to our guests, and it is clear that we did not meet our goal this time. We would appreciate it if you would give us another opportunity, and you can be sure that we will do everything possible to ensure you have an excellent experience at our hotel, which many guests have already had the opportunity to enjoy.
