Staff where very nice

Room is simple with no features. Staff is not cooperating at from desk. I end of paying taxes, as machine is not accepting USD payment and facility of online payment. Room rent is changing a large amount. No value for the money. I stayed in IBIS hotel in India, however this is worst experience and not deserve for single rating.

Terrible customer service at reception desk. No taxi available to airport and zero support to help. Bad experience.

We arrived, got a room, and when we open the door, the room was dirty, used towels on the chair, the bed was used. Maybe even there was someone using the room, but we left and whent back to the reception. We got another room, but incredible what happened. Also we had a late checkout paid, but at noon the housekeeping almost entered the room while we were sleeping. Clearly theres not communication in the hotel. Also we could hear all day the people in the hallway talking to each other on raidos what was pretty anoying. Never again in that hotel...
