First of all I arrived much earlier than I should be in the hotel in mid night .Altough I expected to see sleepy employee ; t was just the opposite. Muahmmed bey with his energic and simile face welcomed me. He gave the information . I had no idea about the city. He explained evey details I might need. As a part of my business ; I tested him:)) I am glad to say that you have such a motivated employee that he is keen on IBIS and he empphasised how IBIS a good hotel is ( he not only explained but also got me feel this ) During our chat , I got information about your training that I wish always to hear and also wonder about this . Fatma Hanım, who is onduty for floor servises was also very kind She always asked me if I need anything ; am I happy for the cleanliness . I asked coffee so much ( I am a caffeineholic:)) By the way ; the room was very clean; elevators ; lobby as well . Ali Osman Bey , who is in reception desk , also answered my questions with patience and his similing face . All of these employees' company engagement were at top level.Room design is not lux but can meet at maximum quality and fullfills what a customer may need completely . The quality of the equipments such as soap; tea and coffee , cups were quite good. Moreover room rates was also in line with general concept . So I am very pleased to share these with my friends and also with my company purchasing team since we, as part of our job, we trvael and accomodiate very much

people at receptions never smile, never greeting back, we as customer bring money to the hotel, they need to respect and at lease greeting us, or greeting back when we start the greeting, (normally they should welcome us and start the greeting).

Perfectly located, not up to the Ibis usual standards

The design is the typical Ibis design, with all the good aspects of it (the cost/quality ratio). Rooms have the typical size, shape, colors and "flavour". Everything in the room (the floor, the tiles, the finishing in general) is not up to the Ibis standard, while the price is not really cheap. Bed sheets had stains. Not all reception staff speak english, to the point that it was impossible to understand each other on a basic request like "I would like to book a room".

During morning cleaning maid can try to be quiet, also she tried to enter the room, even if there is no "keep quiet" label on the door, she wouldn't rush into room at that early time
