The place was very clean, staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good! Buffet style. The only complaint I have is that the beds are too uncomfortable.

Is a very good hotel, but I don't like that there is no shampoo to soap for shower. I don't like the soap you guys normally put. Also some times there is a free bottler of water, sometimes does not. Sometimes there is a free glass of water and some times does not. Please have more regularity.

Flirting employees whit each other instead of taking care of the customers or been on the phone all the time that was my experience I feel that other things was more important I never feel espacial at any moment in this place not recommended at all

Did not treat us as wanted guests

The beds did not have proper sheet sets, the comforter was dirty when we checked in. The hotel personnel treated people like if we needed them instead of trying to make customers feel welcomed. I checked in alone with my one year old daughter and 3 luggages and the hotel personnel did not want to assist me to take them to my room. They did not offer a glass of water. I had to pay for any water even though I did not want to buy water bottles because I am against using plastic.

Very basic hotel, could not control the temperature or fan in the room

The hotel is what I expect from ibis, so there are no surprises with the basic style of the room or the property. The value for the price paid is good for me. What I did not enjoy is that I could not control the temperature or the fan in my room and so I had lower temperature and more air than I wanted. Because I could not open the windows, I had to leave open the door to allow in the warmer air and this reduced my privacy.

Room are extremely small , i had to rent a second room with two beds because one room wasn't big enough for 4 people, let's be honest , a two bed room is only big enough for two people no guest will fit in same room or in the same bed , just an fyi Queen mattresses are not fit for two people , bed uncomfortable , rooms are outdated , the only good thing about this Hotel is the location but that's it.

The restaurant food (for breakfast) and staff was great, reception staff good. But the room condition, specially bathroom was far from acceptable. The AC design is terrible, gets all dirty and the flushing water won’t clean it as it should. , and the shower drain did not had the top lid, so the drain smell will come out and filled the room.
