Everything was as expected (great tidy room, easy check in, friendly staff) however the Breakfast buffet is my only criticism. The hash browns on the day were so hard (we assumed they were a reheat from the previous day(s)) - it would have made a great ice hocky puck. The rest of the buffet was satisfactory.

We will always try and deliver it to your room if requested, when we have the human resources to do this but take on board your feedback. We were in town for a large event an the majority of people stayed at either Ibis or the Novotel right next door. We were just 4m drive from the event venue and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast in the hotel. Comfortable beds. Everything you could need and as a bonus my room overlooked the river and I had a beautiful view of the sunrise.

Dissatisfied with the service and response to issues, very friendly staff but also very flippant. Dismissed my complaint about the very hard mattress by replying “only one more night we will try and do better next time”!
