Enjoyed another nice stay at an Accor hotel. Breakfast bacon was a bit below par but otherwise good. Bathroom had an odour until light was switched on initiating some extraction of stale air. Maybe something in floor drain that needs ds clearing.

Stayed 3 nights over the weekend. Room was small, bathroom tiny, but clean and neat. Noise level from outside fine, but noisy into hotel halls outside door, easy to hear late night banging, crashing and calling out/swearing. Breakfast included was good two days (was the highlight) but third day was hopeless. Not well managed. It was a little busier this day, but not crazy busy and staff really struggled to keep up. Ran out of most hot food, people banked up waiting. Staff in general seemed to not particularly be bothered with guests and also seemed to have limited capacity to answer questions/have their head in the game. Exception would be the reception staff. Hospo staff seemed a bit lost and mad at the world/having to work. Very off for hospitality industry. In room dining you need to order, then go down and collect yourself from reception. Trays outside room/dishes, left for long periods, into the next day. Missed a room service one morning for us, then charged us a breakfast that was already included at the end of our stay. Was eventually reversed, but another example of people struggling with their role.

So small room, no parking

Our room sizes are standard for our brand, but I understand that this may not suit everyone. As for parking, we do offer valet parking in our secure basement and there is SkyCity parking some 100m away. We strive to provide options and I apologise for any inconvenience. One night trip with my daughter . Staff friendly. Check-in and valet service great. Nice breakfast but annoying noise from Faulty heating unit where eggs were - should get that fixed . Rooms a bit noisy with people in corridors late at night . Otherwise fine
