The location was ideal, right next to the train station. The reception team was friendly and efficient, even though I arrived close to midnight. The room was spacious and clean, with everything functioning as expected. Breakfast was sufficient. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Everything with the stay was fine - location, staff, price. The only issue was that there was a strange smell in the room and it was not possible to open the window to get some fresh air in. Also, the heating system was set for the whole floor, which is fine as I would turn it off for my room. The only issue was that somehow every day the heating system would turn on again by itself or by housekeeping, not sure.

Another great stay at this Ibis Budget in Leuven.

We have stayed at this Ibis on many occasions. The location is superb being so proximate to the railway station with rail links throughout Belgium and further afield. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the accomodation is clean and bright. Thanks to all at the Ibis Budget Leuven.

There is no parking and the access to public parking is not clear to access. Required to provide documentation on multiple separate occasions - when it wasn’t available ‘oh it’s ok’ - well then why ask me the first time. Bunk beds carry warning for age 6+ but this is not on website. Why ask me what age my child is to then let me book a bunk bed for them without sharing that warning when I book. Sockets in room didn’t work. Bed not made up - a bag of bedding left for me to make it up myself. Would not recommend.
