It is good, but not as good as another Mercure that I had stayed in. The bathroom screen is stained and the laundry service is not 24 hours. It had minimal facility. Staff are always great in Indonesia.

The hotel requires significant cleaning, particularly the air conditioning filter in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning could be cooler. While I am satisfied with the staff’s service during my stay, these enhancements should be implemented by the hotel management.

The hotel is well located,in the central of jakarta, 5 minute walking to the nearest mall, if you want to go to morw fany mall you can reach ot within 10 or 15 minute by gocar,near hospital, MRT station as well, All the staff are nice,specially the restaurant supervisor,he make sure that we enjoy the breakfast,when earthquake hit,the hotel manage it well,make sure all guests safe and not panic. Very recommended hotel,its family friendly eventhough more corporate guest are staying there.
