Can not sleep - Kids playing and knocking door

Very bad experience. Booked a stay for 2 nights but it’s full of noise. All day kids are playing and screaming in the corridor. In the mid of the night they are knocking the door while I was sleeping. Lost one night of sleep. Very poor management from the hotel.

Spent one night in the hotel,definitely hope to return. Good location, very clean. However the staff are exceptional. Hateem check us in, he was extremely helpful, proficient and very professional, as were all the staff I had interactions with. Good location close to Mall of Emirates and metro Station.

I'm a senior solo traveller and I must commend the restaurant food and professional service that I experienced at Novotel on the Mall. My complements go to Salsa, Chandru and Mobin. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. Salsa offered suggestions for food and wine and she was very attentive to my needs and carried out her job with a happy countenance.

Location was fine, staff were great - all helpful and friendly, rooms very clean and good service, great breakfast buffet
