Our family and friends had a surprise birthday party for one our sisters. Mohamed Duty Manager and his team were exceptionally kind and helpful. We will definitely come back again. It's been a brilliant day. The preparations were made easier by responsive staff in the hotel sales team.

Nice and relaxing environment. Ample car parking spaces. Room was fit for purpose and fair for the cost, bathroom nice and clean with option of shower and bath facilities. Air conditioning worked well. TV somewhat dated and not a smart one. Friendly and courteous staff. Mohammed made our stay very memorable and helped out with all our queries and needs.

I booked 3 rooms but we were separated. My elderly parents needs were not accommodated as there were steps up to their room and they were a long way from reception. Our key cards rarely worked meaning many laborious walks to reception and back. Which was frustrating when we had responsibilities at the wedding reception! My privilege room was lovely. I did not find reception particularly helpful but the waiting staff were amazing.

We had an event in springhill with Mo as our manager and everything was on point..Mo is the best host and each event we want Mo. He understands our needs and very adaptable. The food was amazing the chef ..on point. The hotel room exquisite. This is my favourite mercure hotel. The best . Thank you Mo Atheef and the head chef for our event (Alex I think)26/10/24 WIBE was a success thanks to you all and your reception staff too. Very friendly and polite. We are coming back next year. Thank you for understanding our african culture and improvising to make us feel inclusive.. this is an inclusive classy hotel..very lovely people. God bless you Mercure Norton Grange Hotel.
