Millie was very attentive and professional, I had a great massage and the hotel is decorated well, exceeded my expectations! Great spa area. Lovely drinks area, the Bento boxes could do with having more atypical foods in to suit it's style. Great service throughout.

Everything was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed the fitness centre. Only criticism is the during the week breakfast finishes at 9.30. Well actually at 9.30 breakfast has been cleared away. Maybe the time should be extended or it should be advertised as finishing at 9.00am.

This was a short midweek break visiting family. The price we paid was very reasonable £70 per room plus £12 for breakfast. We found the room very spacious and spotless and yippee it had a window which opened pretty wide and air con/ heating which we able to completely control. So many hotel rooms are way too hot and it was amazing to be able to choose a temp which suited us. Bed was large and comfy, staff helpful and pleasant and we had no noise to speak of. However I noted that there was a dinner dance on the next Saturday. So maybe ask for a quieter room location. Pool etc was used no problem and all in all a very pleasant holiday.

Wonderful New Year Break

I stayed here over New Year with a group of friends. We had the best time ever! The hotel was warm, clean as a new pin, and more than lived up to our expectations. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and we were amazed how well they catered for the large amount of people present over the holiday period. The staff were really friendly and helpful, led by a wonderful Manager, they were very kind and considerate when one of our party became unwell, and needed to eat in her room. The entertainment was fabulous on all 3 nights, and we danced till the last note faded every night. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to the point that in the unlikely event of me ever getting married, I would have it here, everything was so well organised! We also enjoyed the pleasant spa facility on a rainy afternoon.

Good location for the airport and city centre

Just returned from my one night stay. I stayed here before onward travel to the airport, the following day.. The hotel is situated 30 minutes from the airport and also the city center. So I was able to enjoy the city last night. The leisure facilities are really good. A large pool, a large hot tub and other amenities. I loved the hot tub. Room was very basic. Didn't eat, so can't comment on food. Staff polite..
