The stay was lovely! Hotel room was very nice & spa facilities were amazing! Food in the restaurants was excellent. Only issue we had was being unaware that room service wasn’t available at night and no one would answer the phones at reception.

Travelled to this hotel as part of a coach party with some friends. What a fabulous time we had! Thanks to all the staff - not forgetting the amazing Chef! The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The food excellent, the staff absolutely outstanding including the welcome we received from Rama and Carol. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location despite being so near to Rochdale it really is lovely. A couple of the friends I was with have written reviews here too and I can only echo all of their statements. There is absolutely nothing negative about this place and the wonderful people who work here. Full use of the sauna and pool included in our stay - that was absolutely heavenly too. Would defintely stay here again and recommend to all my family and friends too:) thanks everyone just glorious!

We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. The length of the pool is a big plus. The gym was well equipped. The room was superb. Having the bar as a dining place did lack character in that you could have been in a bar anywhere. The food was good with a good choice, although it felt like quite an ordinary menu- nothing fancy, just good solid "pub" food. My wife had a cooked breakfast and felt by using the heat lamps, the food was not properly warm and did not feel fresh.
