Hi everyone! This is me and my husband at our wedding just a few days ago! I have absolutely no words at all to explaining how fantastic the team are at Mercure Norton Grange Hotel and Spa. I got married on Saturday 20th July 2024 and I have been so looked after by Rama, Charlotte, Mark, Matthew and all the waitresses and waiters. I couldn’t fault a single thing. The food was the nicest food I have ever had in my life, all of our guests were made up. Rama, you are an exceptional manager and you have a heart of gold. You went above and beyond and I will never ever forget you. Charlotte, our wedding planner of the year 2024 award winner! You are incredible. I feel like I’ve known you for years. You are so enthusiastic, passionate and caring about every couple you work with. I will absolutely miss you. Thank you for helping to build the most magical day of my entire life. Mark is an incredible guy! And so is Matthew! The pair work so hard! They made me and my family feel like royalist! The team here are gold standard. I wish I could do it all over again! Massive thank you to Stef Joyous Moments Venue Styling for creating our dream! Love you guys! Xxxx

We had our wedding here first off CHARLOTTE what an an amazing wedding coordinater you are you should be proud of yourself the NORTON GRANGE should be privilaged to have you part of there team. Uve been a massive part of mine and johns day and i cant thank you enough YOU made the day perfect i really couldnt fault anything (wish we could do it again) nothing was to much you made everything happen and from the bottom of my heart i cant thank you enough for that. Second all the staff and barstaff thank you so much you all did fantastic job i highly reccomend the norton grange for a wedding you WILL have a fantastic day / night. And again CHARLOTTE keep doing what you do best and making everyones dreams come true because you sure did ours

Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Spa was a beautiful haven the outdoor jacuzzi was my favourite. Food was delicious - had the steak and the cheese board. Staff fabulous - especially Carol K who looked after us. Would definitely return in the future.

A lovely hotel - clean, comfortable and with good facilities (we used the pool and gym). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal was tasty and there was a good selection of dishes to choose from - a special mention to Scarlett in the restaurant who provided excellent service with a smile.
