Stephen-LHM Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Festive party night. Work's Christmas "do". Food 10/10. Atmosphere 8/10.Surprise Pipers 10/10. Bar service 2/10. VFM 7/10. The only real downside to the event was the looooooong wait to get served at the bar! Sort that, as Arnie says, "I'll be back!"

Stay regularly and always, without fail, am made to feel extremely welcome. Staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Carol K is a legend and should be on the hall of fame in the dining area. Daniel K works so hard and is an asset to the hotel. Rama is always super polite and helpful and I feel very well looked after. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Staff were very helpful and friendly wherever we went. We booked an overnight stay with spa access and treatment. The food in the restaurant was beautiful, nice wine and the breakfast catered for all of us- with one member of the party being vegan. We seemed to have been upgraded rooms without asking- which was great. There were a few things that could have made it even better- as it was our first time staying, a bit more explaining of things would have helped, the spa facilities were over crowded and the robes provided were tiny. The massages we all booked were fantastic and could not have been better

We had a fab time at the works Xmas do. The tables settings were beautifully dressed although the seating was a little bit cramped. The food was excellent and piping hot when served and the entertainment great. It was one of our best Xmas dos and the staff were very helpful

We had such a brilliant wedding reception and evening celebration at the Norton Grange this October! Everything ran beautifully- the food was incredible (our guests are still raving about the curried parsnip soup and leek sauce!!), Damon, the DJ, was excellent and our dance floor was full of energy, the venue looked beautiful and all the staff were amazing!! A huge thank you to Charlotte, Rama and the team for helping us having such an amazing day and helping everything run smoothly!! From the meetings beforehand to the day, everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend using Norton Grange for your wedding if you’re considering it, we had the best time!!
