Great location, good facilities, lovely service

Stayed here for two nights end of November and had a lovely time. Hotel was a perfect location for the Quay and Cathedral/Christmas markets. 5 to 10 mins walk. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice, our room was ample, comfy bed and amazing shower. We ate dinner in a couple of local pubs which was nice. White Hart across the road was good for dinner or a drink or two. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly, we were not disappointed with a lovely festive break in a lovely decorated hotel. Definitely recommend for a short break.

Parking limitations meant had to pay to park else where in the day and move to the hotel to pay for the night. So double charges. No hot water Sunday morning Chewing gum On head board
