The staff were friendly, especially the Asian boy at the bar to the right of the main entrance, breakfast was good and so many selection. We used The Edit collection from Chase Sapphire Reserve and we got a very satisfying welcome gift which is cholate-covered pumpkin seeds I think it was soooo good. Here are two important things for me that did not meet my expectations. First, we posted the “make up room” button since around 10:30am, the cleaning staff came around 5:30pm, which we politely declined and just asked for towels because we are already back in the room and will need to get ready for that evening. Second, we went to the spa for the sauna and jacuzzi, the sauna was working but the jacuzzi was not and the staff told us it was supposed to be operational on Day 2 but still not working when we came the next day. I will stay again, will give it another chance because the location and the view from my room is awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the SO/ Vienna. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were wonderful, and the bar is really nice!

The room was comfortable, but the technology with the television, access to streaming services, and other music was limited, slow or not functional to a contemporary standard.
