Exceptional experience overall: friendly and engaged front desk staff (both long time and more recently working here), speedy and available elevator access (essential in a high rise hotel), modern, spacious, and fully functional guest room, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, attentiveness of the hotel restaurant staff, and high quality breakfast offerings, all (excluding the breakfast) for a surprisingly reasonable price. The hotel is also well located, just across the bridge from the Schwedenplatz metro and the Innere Stadt on the quieter side of the river. A “fashion/modern” hotel is rarely my first accommodation choice but at the SO appearances belie (put “icing on”) their top priority: dedication to being exceptional hosts. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hot water from the coffee machine wasn't hot enough to make tea and there were insufficient tea bags and milk.
