The hotel was comfortable, and the staff did everything they could to improve the experience. I cannot fault them — everyone I interacted with was very helpful and accommodating. However, the room pricing does not feel aligned with the overall experience, which is a little disappointing, especially when compared with other Accor properties offering similar room rates. For an Executive room, the essentials were provided, but it felt like the bare minimum. Breakfast quality varied between days: average on the Sunday morning but noticeably better on the Monday. The coffee, however, was outstanding on both occasions. Dinner on Sunday night was mixed. The short ribs were excellent, but the salmon dish was underwhelming — it arrived as sliced, packet-style salmon instead of a proper fillet, which you would expect for a $40 price tag. Overall, it feels like small shortcuts throughout the stay detract from the guest experience — just slightly less generous touches that, collectively, bring the overall impression down.

Was greeted like I owned the place, never felt so welcomed. The room was great, wonderful view of the city below Had drinks in the bar and again, very friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a great time!
