The hotel is in downtown Christchurch, just a stone's throw away from everything. Walking distance to Regent street, tram stops and other quirky sightseeing things. The rooms are not the most modern, but definitely not old. Everything was working, clean bathrooms and room in general. The bathrooms are a bit quirky as the sink/washbasin is in the bedroom, whereas toilet and shower are in a separate room as you'd expect. Overall a good venue.

It is very well located in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Clean bathrooms. The breakfast spread needs to be improved.

My only complaint was that the room 1201 was next to the lifts.

Have stayed at hotel several times. Always clean and comfortable. Only issue is bathrooms are very small and tight. Not much you can do about that but they are very poky.
