Such a better experience then our stay at another All hotel that had self check in and was totally un personal. Our check in experience was awesome and Vidnay took time and some effort to tell us what things to enjoy at our time in Christchurch evening arranging discounted Tram tickets

The carpet looked and felt dirty. It probably needs a deep clean, or a replacement.

Great staff and service. Location is unbeatable with all of the CBD attractions well within walking distance. Lots of bars amd restaurants close by. Great views over the city, stadium, Cathedral Square and Hagley Park.
