Good location in town. Nice staff. Great breakfast buffet selection with plenty of healthy options.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I booked the Champagne to be in our room on our arrival. I had been sent a text asking what time our arrival time would be. I had stated between 12 & 3 pm as this fell in the time period given. I was also on a flight so could state the time period we would be arriving. On arrival our room was not ready. We sat in the reception area for 10-15 minutes until the room was ready. The Champagne was not in the room. When I contacted the reception their response was “it appears we forgot about that when would you like it”. When I arrived is when I would have liked it. Then there was the periodic fan noise that kept me awake what more can I say. The menu was not what we expected. No starters/entrees but when asked they could do some of the items as starters!!!! However the food we ordered when it arrived was really good. Overall we were disappointed. We moved to the Novetel at the airport what a complete difference. The food was outstanding entrees clearly defined excellent food excellent accommodation. Really great service. I think someone at the airport Novetel needs to communicate with the Novetel located in the square.

It was good. The front desk staff couldve explained a bit more about credit card requirement when asking for the card.

At the same time, we sincerely thank you for highlighting your experience at check-in. We regret that the explanation regarding the credit card requirement was not as clear as it should have been. Please allow us to clarify that, as part of hotel policy, we are required to place a credit card on file to cover incidental charges during the stay, or alternatively to accept a refundable cash bond. We apologise that this was not explained more clearly by our front desk team, and we will certainly use your feedback as a coaching opportunity to ensure better communication going forward. We also appreciate your comments regarding WiFi speed, as this is particularly important for our business travellers, and your feedback has been noted for review.
