The room, although non-smoking, had a heavy cigarette smoke odor, I had to leave the window open the entire day. Pillows were old and all in lumps. When I asked for a replacement, it was sent with the hotel security who had his two hands wide open holding the pillow on both sides where my face would lie. It was equally lumpy, so I didn’t touch it due to poor hygiene handling.

Convenient location, but noise isolation isn't perfect, and noise from the crowded cafes nearby can be heard. It should be noted that this may be a problem specific to the summer period. The rooms are clean and large, and the photos don't reflect the actual size. I didn't experience any plumbing issues. The quality of the breakfast offerings could be improved. It is very convenient to have parking and the internet is trouble-free. reception services and communication are quite strong. Ideal for business travelers with room and bathroom expectations.

Daha önceden de kaldığım bir oteldi. Yillar değiştikçe bir şey dışında hiçbir sorun göremedim. Ancak kahvaltı için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kahvaltı en son 6 yıl önce kaldığımdan maalesef geride geldi bana. Sanki bir şeyler eksikti. Bunlar dışında Eskişehir Ibis muhteşem konumu ve ilgili personeliyle her zaman tercih sebebimiz olacak.
