I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Mercure hotel. Not only did they mishandle my reservation, but they also subjected my wife and children to an unacceptable wait at the front desk, providing inadequate explanations for the delay. Additionally, the exorbitant parking fee I paid was unjustifiable considering the deplorable condition of the parking area, which was under construction and filled with equipment, making it extremely challenging to park and exit safely. This experience has tarnished my impression of Mercure in Budapest, and I will not be recommending it to anyone.

I only had one problem… steps and more steps. I use a stick for walking. I just wish you had ramps or, at least rails for support. Entering from the pedestrian side, i had to work my way in going from planter to planter. Sorry but this is not acceptable in 2024 or by EU standards, Other than that, my stay was perfect. All your staff are wonderful. Thank you. Caroline
