Great hotel made even greater by the am@zing staff. Love the adults only pool upstairs with breathtaking beach views. Lots of do’s & don’ts listed such as hogging day beds etc! Can I suggest the hotel add another. That would be that loud arrogant face time talking also be banned! So rude!

The Pullman is a beautiful complex. Sadly I found some things lacking. There were large refillable bottles of shampoo etc in the shower and the quality was very poor. There were no 'extras' in the bathroom and I do prefer individual shampoo etc (minor details I guess). The aircon did smell musty but it's Bali, hard to not have a weird bedroom smell ? Most of the staff were very friendly and its position to the beach and centra Legian/Kuta was fantastic, so walking most places was achievable. We did pay quite a bit for a ocean view (which was fantastic) but room didn't come with breakfast and I couldn't justify $30 each when some NZ hotels don't even charge that much. Overall a great place but probably over priced for the region/country.

Really friendly and professional bar staff. Had a lot of fun with them. Really had fun with them. Would definitely put it as a recommendation. Shout out to Wayan Adi, Semara, Maulida, Intan and Ari for entertaining me. Recommend cocktails like Daquiri.
