J'ai globalement bien aimé mon séjour de quelques jours ici. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui est très agréable. Cependant, il manquait un élément important pour que l'expérience soit parfaite : la qualité des pizzas servies à l'hôtel. Elles sont malheureusement très moyennes, voire médiocres. À titre de comparaison, j'ai séjourné à l'Ibis Bangkok où j'ai payé exactement le même prix pour une pizza qui était bien meilleure, voire nettement supérieure en qualité. C'est un point faible qu'il faudrait fortement corriger et améliorer pour l'Ibis Pattaya.

Déçu par cet Ibis qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation, les chambres pourraient être rafraichies.. Durant mon séjour, les stores ont dû être refixé deux fois, problème du réfrigérateur, débit chaotique du robinet d'eau chaude ... Petit déjeuner moyen.

Personnel sympathique, hôtel très bien situé, literie bien confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Seule l'isolation phonique des chambres pose problème... Il serait ainsi souhaitable de demander lors du check in, aux clients de respecter le sommeil des autres après 22H (surtout pour la TV).

L’expérience a plutôt mal commencé avec une chambre dont la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit, et après 2 nuits, il m’a été possible d’en avoir une autre avec l’air conditionné qui fonctionnait normalement. Les femmes de ménage et le personnel du bar ont été toujours souriants et d’un professionnalisme appréciable.

Je suis une personne handicapée et j'ai réservé une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Je me déplace à l'aide d'un déambulateur et je mets au défi une personne handicapée d'accéder aux chambres prévues pour ces personnes. Taille de la chambre ridicule avec impossibilité de se déplacer. La salle de bain inaccessible pour un fauteuil roulant. Seul point positif, le personnel à l'écoute serviable et très sympathique. Je suis client du groupe Ibis, habituellement je réserve à l'Ibis sukhumvit soi 4, les chambres sont beaucoup plus spacieuses, la salle de bain facilement accessible en fauteuil. J'ai réservé à Pattaya en pensant retrouver la même disposition et la facilité d'accès aux chambres. Malheureusement ces deux hôtels ne sont pas comparables. Jusqu'à présent, je n'avais que des remarques très positives quant à mon séjour dans cet hôtel, mais aujourd'hui force de constater que malgré la même enseigne les hôtels sont très différents. Cela ne remet pas en cause ma prochaine réservation effectuée à l'Ibis Bangkok sukhumvit soi 4. Bien cordialement

Chambre face à la rue à 50m (et à un ensemble d'antennes) mais bien isolée , AC impeccable, chaines TV étrangères importantes, wifi ok, buffet petit déjeuner assez bien, piscine rarement pleine, la plage derrière 2 hotels , le centre terminal 21 avec plein de restaurants et magasins à 300m , la station de bus à 20mn
